Poor units – Coming from a hot water tech. Very poor Chinese made unit. Have 6 systems in block of unit only one is working. They have had multiple services, repairs and components replaced but 5/6 have failed. Don’t buy, install, repair or fix go straight to Rinnai - Japanese made, bullet proof, excellent reliability excellent warranty. Show details
