The shaft wobbles – The shaft has a slight wobble, which can be seen quite clearly when you test it with any drill bit. Not great, especially with smaller drill bits. I immediately returned the first one I bought, and reluctantly swapped it for one that was slightly better but still wobbled. I have 2 other drills with absolutely no wobble, as it should be. A good drill otherwise, but something that wobbles with high rpm is a bad combination. Can't recommend this drill.

DON’T buy it - handyman or professional use it’s a safety hazard – The drill bit falls out when drilling and because the chuck over heats it’s too hot to tighten up & burnt my hand. 6year warranty is only to repair not replace

Drill chuck seized with no repair options – We had this drill for about three years and the chuck is seized. We've called their service line and they have admitted there is no option for repair. The design of the model means the usual process for unseizing the chuck won't work. Yet another appliance that needs to be thrown away. Shame on Bosch.

Reliable Drill – Bosch is a great reliable product. The drill is powerful and easy to use. I have used this drill on heavy duty jobs and in delicate tiny hole work. The drill is flexible enough to use sharpening attachments. I have also used sandpaper attachments to delicately prepare my house for a paint job.

Good priced professional drill especially for DIY use – The Australian version of this drill is the Blue (professional) GSB 13 RE KLC (keyless chuck). It is a light and compact drill very good for home DIY projects. Being a professional series, it can handle majority of jobs around the home and it comes with 3 year warranty. The only thing disappointing with this drill is that ti does not have the variable speed selector that is found on almost every other drill on the market (the picture shows an overseas model). It even comes with a hard plastic case for storage and protection and can be used for keeping other bits and pieces.
