This Bosch appliance is rubbish and bad quality – The steels is of poor quality, easily marks and they are hard to remove. You will spend half your life cleaning the hobs. I have owned ILVE Smeg Miele and these are amazing. Run as fast as you can from this cooker.
Great oven/stove – We purchased the Bosch HSB738357A in October 2020 from Retravision, and are extremely happy with the purchase. It was difficult to make the final choice as we could not view the stove/oven anywhere, and had to rely on online reviews. We were therefore concerned about some issues highlighted in some reviews. Turns out the oven is perfect for our needs. INITIAL PREPARATION: We had to get an electrician to install a higher capacity power point to accomodate the 13.3 amps. We did find the short 1.2m electric cord a challenge though. OVEN HEATING: The oven heats quickly, and maintains a constant, even temperature well. The thermostat clicking to maintain temperature mentioned in some of the reviews is not an issue in our oven. We can hear it, but do not find it disturbingly loud. At most, it is only noticeable if you listen for it. STOVE TOP CLEANING: The stove top is super easy to clean, but you have to remove the initial protective coating with hot soapy water first. Until then, finger marks are noticeable on the stainless steel. OVEN INTERNAL SPACE: Some internal space is taken up by the catalytic liners, but that does not bother us. OVEN DOOR: The oven door stays cool during baking, but we do wonder how easy it will be to clean between the two glass panels. That is a problem for another day. FLAME OUT PROTECTION: We've relied on this feature a few times. It works well. IN SUMMARY: A good oven, manufactured with Italian precision.

Disappointing for the price – We just installed this oven in our house. Doesn't look as modern as what else is on the market. Very hard to balance the feet and our plumber gave up after 30 minutes not to mention the fees we got charged. The oven seems to take quite long to heat up and the whole unit shakes when we close the oven door. Bosch customer service seems extremely poor. We regret making this purchase as the company seems dishonest and doesn't care about customers.
They advertised a cash back offer when we purchased this oven and are now just making excuses when we try to log our claim which is valid given their T&Cs. Many phone calls and emails later no resolution. The people on the other end have no recollection of my previous conversation with them every time. Emails never get replied. Lodged a complaint with consumer affairs for misleading advertising.

Love IT! – Really happy with my new freestanding oven. I replaced an old 10 year one to give our kitchen a fresh new look. The oven looks so much better in real life. Love that is has 6 six burners. Very simple to use. The oven works great. Overall its a very attractive oven that compliments our kitchen.
