Stick with the best
After 18 years of service, my Bosch front load washing machine finally decided not to work. It was a "no brainer" that, after such a long time of "no issues" service, that I was going to stick with a Bosch front load machine. I opted for a slightly larger washing machine this time, upgrading to an 8kg capacity drum.
What I particularly love about the Bosch front loaders, is the 15 minute eco program. It is perfect if you just want to freshen up clothes that are not particularly dirty, but have been worn for a short period of time.
I highly recommend this washing machine. You too, will find yourself impressed with this easy to use and water efficient machine. Did I mention its quiet operation?

We renovated our kitchen with Bosch appliances thinking they were good. Every one of them failed.
Rubbish. Everything either broke or stopped working within 18 months. I opened the oven door once and it just smashed into pieces. range hood, dishwasher, oven ( door smashed into a thousand pieces once when i just opened it), washing machine fell apart after a year. Its just crap.
So disappointed and unimpressed
I did my research before buying this machine and the reviews were great. But after 18 months of persisting, I’m done. I need to buy a different brand. It’s literally wrecking our clothes. They come out thin, stretched, badly creased, and everything needs a good iron! I don’t have time for that. I’ve contacted Bosch and spent hours trying to troubleshoot. To no avail. It just wrecks our clothes. They come out wrinkled, pulled, twisted and stiff. On top of this, our clothes now smell weird, like a machinery smel?! There is mould in the seal even
... Read morethough I always leave the door open after washes. I NEVER had that with my old front loader. I’ve tried less detergent (as in I hardly use any now!), lower spin speed, cold wash, hot wash, very small loads, fabric softener, you name it I’ve done it. If I put things in the dryer afterwards they’re ok (still thin and warped) but I don’t want to do this. I prefer line-drying. Prior to this bad purchase, we had another front loader and I had none of these issues, the clothes came out lovely.Purchased in at Bing Lee Online store for $699.

Smells of Bitumen, so do the clothes
Our washing machine is brand new from Appliances Online, installed and tested by them. It has a horrible chemical small like roadworks or tar that is worse after a hot wash. Our clothes also smell like tar. We’re experimenting with cooler washes, but its stinking up our laundry and its stinking up our clothes.
Really upsetting after spending so much on a new washing machine. We had an LG that ran for 13 years, I wish we’d just got new bearings put in now.

Excellent - Too Good!!
So far so good. Too good. It spins clothes so efficiently, that I have to sometimes iron them to get the creases out. That is the only bad thing about this otherwise excellent machine. It is also very heavy, so when we move we will need to hire a muscle man to lift it. Only had for a few months, so still early days, but so far I am impressed. It is soooooooo QUITE, that a number of times had to double check it was actually switched on and running. I know 1998 to 2023 is a long time, but I was totally shocked at how expensive all washing machines are these days. I had not planned to spend so much on a machine, but went with this one after seeing a Choice recommendation. Well actually the article did not cover this series, but it did say how excellent Bosch was overall, and upon further research, this was the only series I could afford. I purchased it from Bing Lee using AfterPay. I wash everything in it, including silks and dedicates. It is easy to use, and I like that it beeps at you, to remind you to unload.Purchased in at Bing Lee.

Totally will buy this for the whole family this is the best washing machines I've ever purchased and I'll never regret having 10 of this at home totally in love with this and also so good for sensetive clothing material because it doesn't harm or make it look like old I'd give this 100/10
Easy to use and stylish
I've never owned a Bosch product before but I am really impressed with this washing machine. Only had it a few weeks. No issues. Installed it ourselves which was easy. Fairly quiet. Doesn't move around even on our uneven 1970s floor. Enough settings without being too complex to use. Has a 15 or 30 min setting for small light loads too. Washes clothes well and looks good.

Their Warranty, Customer Service and repair is a joke
After 5 moths of going to the laundry mat it would be cheaper if you put your money in the bin. Still unresolved !! Buy something else

Can't live without. So easy to use!
Use it for everything excluding doona. The controls are so easy to use, super clear and explanatory and Bosch troubleshooting is great (when trying to work out how I clean the filter). Handles all clothes really well. Cycle times vary from 15 mins to 1h+ so great for whatever I need to do

Perfect condition
Perfect working condition, it wont make loud sound and vibration during washing clothes. Save electricity and water , maintain energy efficiency. It does what a washing machine should be and does an excellent job

Fantastic Replacement for My Old Bosch
I wash everything from woolen jumpers and delicate underwear to towels and sheets
I am totally satisfied with the individual settings. It's great to be able to know my merino woolen jumpers do not lose any shape

Have you had any problem with the spinning with this machine?
Yes, I have had my machine for about 2 months and find that it doesn't spin the clothes as good as my previous Bosch front loader. My old one generally spun the load around 1000rpm and the one is meant to do 1200rpm but everything comes out more damp taking so much longer to dry. Really not happy with that.
According to the manual, I need to run the 'drain' programme after cleaning the drain pump on our machine. This programme is referred to several times in the manual, however, there is no 'drain' programme on the machine? What should I select after clwaning the drain pump, or is there a way to get to the drain programme somehow?
I think you need to put it on SPIN program
