Great unit ! Very happy with it ! – First up, to get the most out of this unit, read the manual !. We did not do this at first which left us floundering a bit. After 45 minutes of manual study, we are rocking !. Does everything expected of a microwave and does it very well plus the inbuilt conventional grill is a winner !. On the slight downside: Our last Bosch MW had a sticker inside the door with cooking programs listed. This one does not so I photocopied that part of the manual and stuck it inside an adjacent cupboard door.
