Bosisto's Banksia, Nerolina & Lavender Moisturising Body Wash

I would love to give this product 5 stars. I bought 4 x 1lt bottles to share with family as they were on special. Unfortunately the pump did not pop up on any of them. Very disappointing as I now have to either dispense into random bottles or find pumps that will fit. Awesome product but the new look body wash the pump is temperamental – I am quite possibly Bosistos’s biggest advocate lol I love all of your guys products so much and is our go to in our home! BUT the new design body wash bottles. supermarket stock. Every bottle we have bought it either doesn’t pump whatsoever (despite much efforts to try to get it working), or if it does pump it goes down but then doesn’t come back up again so we have to manually push it back up. These sound like first world problems but having to manually pour a 1ltr bottle in to a loofah it also doesn’t last as long as the norm because we are having to free pour. Our 5 year old grandson as he plays in the shower he often pumps the body wash frequently in to the loofah but again as this is an issue we are manually pouring as he can’t. Please please please can the bottles be fixed. I know I am no one lol. But I don’t want to switch to another brand body wash I love y’all washes especially the Kakadu Plum. Thank you :)
