to no smell whatsoever immediately coming out of the shower. Very disappointed that you have made these changes. For me, it is now just expensive suds, because thats all it does. As a result, I am no longer a customer.

Xmas gift cube bath lily was less than worthless – I asked my daughter to buy me another wonderful Body Shop bath lily, so she got one as part of the mango gift cube. The bath lily was so rough I could only imagine using it to clean the shower screen! equal to the sale price! I pointed out that I could see their point if I were asking for a cash refund, but I was simply exchanging the unusable set. No way would they budge. Defies logic: would a middle aged woman really buy something on sale and go through the hassle of exchanging it for a mere $3 saving?! To top off my negative experience, some sour young bully had the cheek to repeatedly say "you're 'welcome" when I left the store deeply unsatisfied after basically being labelled a cheat and liar. I've since obtained the receipt and will be waving it under her nose; tempted to throw the $3 on the floor and let the loser grovel for it. With her attitude she'll face a lifetime of poverty and unhappiness.

Nice for something special – I gives these as gifts when i can affird it,usually a pleaser with most.Not somethng i can afrd to use everyday and not luxourious enough to justify buying for self often. Lovely aroma's, always loved the strawberry scrub,lots of bubbles, good scrub with gel. great gifts expensive, a tad over rated

Smell delicious – The body shop bath and shower gels would be my favourite range. I love the fact that they use good natural ingredients in their products. In this range I particuarly love the pink grapefruit and strawberry. They smell so fresh and delicious. They are however quite pricey, so I only buy it when it is on special. Good – I love the Body Shop's shower gels. they come in a range of sizes and different flavours. They always seem to be bringing out a new flavour, even if its for a limited time. is nothing that I do not like about this product. I wish I could use it all the time however that would take the enjoyment out of it being a special treat or a great gift idea for someone else

Good – I love this range and it is a regular on both my gift lists and my wish list. If you like the smell but cannot afford to buy it regularly the soap bar range lasts a long time and can also be added to draws as a draw scent. Overall a delicious pamper. Lovely gift packs available throughout the year. (they vary depending on time of year.) Smells good enough to eat. Is a good quality product range. Enjoyable for all ages. The coconut one reminds me of malibu. Too expensive to use regularly :(

they smell amazing and so refreshing and summery, my favourite is definitely coconut and then mango, just reminds me of summer and the tropics or being on holidays way to expensive so not really for every day use

Good – There's so many scents to choose from, although they're a little pricey. I used to use the smallest bottles (I think it was one size down from 250 ml), and found that they didn't last very long. skin tends to get quite dry as well, and I've found that some products leave my skin quite flaky, but the Body Shop gels don't do that. All of the scents are AMAZING, and there's such a wide variety. Also, doesn't leave skin dry or itchy. A little on the expensive side, but everything from the Body Shop tends to be anyway.

mine to a few close friends and they are still buying it also, so sales speak, so to speak. You cant go past this one by any means, even the price divided in washes works out well. These are lovely and a good variety to choose from. The price is a little expensive, certainly not one for a large family.

morning wake up call, fruity and the bottles last a long time. Good for people with normal skin. The prices, alot more expensive than super market bought body washes. Seems to not moisturise the skin as much.

Good – I love love love the smell of these products - they are strong smelling but delicious. It is great used as a bubble bath as it makes the water smell lovely and also gives a good amount of bubbles. smells awesome and look pretty. A good variety of fragrances to choose from. Like most products at this store, they are expensive so are probably best for a treat o a gift. Not something I would use everyday purely based on price.

from. I've tried three (mango, strawberry and Moringa) and the Moringa and Mango were the ones I like the most. Divine scents, really fantastic range! A bit more expensive than I care to pay for a shower gel, myself, at around the 12 dollar to sixteen dollar mark.

Excellent – I'm a big fan of this range mainly beacuse they all smell so good, and also the body shop in general for its ethical trade principles so money goes back to the supplying farmers and that the ingredients are not tested on animals at all. like the fact that you can match the lotion, body butter and fragrance together as well. Soap free and foams well, a little bit goes a long way so they last for a long time.
