Bosisto’s Ultrasonic Diffuser

The diffuser only worked a couple of times and then wouldn't work no matter what I did. Waste of money

Faulty diffuser – I purchased a diffuser a couple of months ago and have used it a handful of times as it is in a room that is rarely used. It was difficult to get the lid off to start and then after a few goes the lid would not come off at all! I sent an email to the company letting them know the situation with their unit. I was told to send the serial number and video which I did. I got a response saying that it was my fault and goodbye. What happened to the days when companies took responsibility for their goods? Crap product appalling response from company… will not be using their products ever again!
