For the second time I have not been able to order wine and meal for delivery from my local. Usually waste 20 or so minutes and then have to call the establishment to sort it out. Every update seems to make your app worse. Don't bother, drink water and order pizza. And would love to add proof of purchase but couldn't even add to cart

A scarecrow, because Rebecca is. outstanding in her field – Rebecca and her team are outstanding. As an older man, I believe they all appear to support Rebecca's management style. To me it appears they, respect me, they listen and they care. Rebecca is understanding and responsible for her teams customer support and the team's care as well as being a clear, open communicator.

Awful – Why did bottle mart take over a local booze shop to then never be open? Is this the companies strategy going forward? Give us back our local shop!

Don't price match with same state Bottlemarts – Went to buy a carton of beer and was told $7 more than price online. When asked why they said it was a Bottlemart 2 suburbs over and they wouldn't price match because all Bottlemarts are different. Got my money back. Wont shop bottlemart anymore.

SCAM MARKETING CAMPAIGN – Bottlemart are running a marketing compaing where they promise to send you a free Voodoo Ranger beer if you sign up to their emails. However, they aren't honouring this. They retrospectively changed the terms of the offer to indicate that you could only get the free beer if you 'matched' on Tinder. Originally there was no mention of this requirement at all. It's very clear that this was just a scam to increase their email marketing lists.

Exploding can of Guinness – I purchased 4 x guinness and when travelling home one of the tins unexpectably exploded in my car. They said they would change the dameged product but the cleaning costs of my car for the stains and the smell, whcih was only $20, the store manager said take it up with Guinness. Home Delivery – I could not get Bottlemart in Childers Qld to answer the phone let alone organize home delivery. I got a message asking me to leave my phone number and they would get back to me, which I did, but nobody could be bothered to return my call. How anyone expects to run a successful business like that is simply beyond belief. I would give this Bottlemart a minus star for apathy but who there would care? Show details

Promotion for Great Northern Brewing Co A big Flop – I bought the 24 pack bottles Great Northern Brewing Co Original and 24 pack bottles Great Northern Brewing Co Super Crisp Lager to try a new beer. and got to the suggested entry website at https://bottlemart.com.au/great-northern-NT. Now the trouble started. First enter your mobile number (what if you do not have a mobile telephone?); second enter the 10 character promotion code. I tried 4 times but to no avail. I finally got it right to be asked to state that "I was NOT a Robot". No I was not and I ticked the box to find they now wanted me to tick all squares with buses; cars; or traffic lights and so on for about 10 minutes. I finally - I am a 73 year old beer drinker with bifocal glasses, got everything right to than be asked where I live - street address allowed only. They don't know I have a secure P.O. Box address for the reason that half of our mail does not arrive in our box but in the street gutter. So how will I know that I did or did not win the prize??? The point of this is, IF YOU WANT TO PROMOTE SOMETHING DON'T MAKE IT SO BLOODY DIFFICULT!!! If this is the best Great Northern Brewing Co can do, I suggest you drink the cheap promotional beer and just forget the rest and do not buy it again...

Excellent – I had a bottlemart close to my work and loved going there. They have a great range and are happy to order anything they dont have. They always seem to have great specials, bulk buy deal sand giveways. The friendly staff are always happy to help.
