Stress free 11 year old party – We had the best 11 year old party on the weekend. Our host Tommy was absolutely fantastic. He engaged really well with the kids and made the afternoon so much fun. And he was great with the food party too.

More downs than ups – This is the first time we've been back to an indoor trampoline park since lockdowns so my boys were so excited. The activities were good - a lot of variety from straight bouncing to basketball trampolines, parkour and Ninja Warrier and a fun zipline. But the facilities were below par. There were so many parents there and the majority had to stand for the whole one hour or two hour session.

But worst of all, there were three parties there and the activities would be shut off to the public as they moved the groups around the room. They charged us full price yet offered limited activities. My boys spent a good deal of time in one area then when their time was running out tried to move onto the things they were still to do, yet were shut out from them for the rest of our session.

I repeat my dismay: You cannot charge full price then shut us out.
