The last 3 times going here, to receive terrible service from the same person, is more than enough to never go again. The old lady with red hair, is so utterly rude, sharp and unfriendly that it blows my mind. In this day and age of places folding, she thinks this is acceptable - NO! Warm, weak flat white. Never again.
