Ripped off again, – Absolute lyers, tell you out of stock, cancel order then it’s mysteriously been posted 2 days later. Listing & selling stock they dont have. Would NEVER deal with these jokers again.
Incredibly good service – They provided a difficult to obtain OEM part very quickly at a reasonable price. Very very impressed.
This company is complete garbage – Went to the website, it said the capacitor was in stock with 24% off. It's a good deal i thought They wont respond to emails, only way i could make contact was ebay, then they tell me its on special order so really it wasnt in stock, requesting a refund, item should have been here by now, totally disgusted by Brand Beast and refuse to shop with them in the future
Rockford fosgate speakers – Placed an order that said in stock. Well that was not the case 4 months later ask for a refund still waiting no go avoid this company
100% Scammers – Brandbeast list items they do not have, but still take your money. They fasely mark item as shipped with fake Armex tracking number. They come up with excuse that tracking is automatically generated on purchase, but that does not explain why they still mark it shipped on ebay, this process is not automatic, you need to physically mark it shipped.… Read more
Besides all this instead of refunding money they say they are looking for a alternative head unit. I refused alternative wanted a full refund. They said refund will take up to 7 days, 3weeks later after No refund & no more communication, so l contacted ebay who gaurantee money back on undelivered goods. Read their reviews and you will find that they are Scammers Avoid BRANDBEAST at all cost.
Purchased a Aerpro FP9291K that contained incorrect facia – Purchased a Aerpro FP9291K for $950+ which clearly states for a Range Rover Sport Black…. emails repeatedly telling them the exact problem. I was at no point seeking compensation. In the end I couldn’t be bothered anymore. Might as well talk to a brick wall. Having looked at the reviews for this company I can only agree that anyone buying from this company should do so with extreme caution.
Ignore all warranty enquiries – Purchased a CTEK charger from them. Charger has died and still under warranty period. Contacted CTEK Australia who told me to contact the retailer. Have emailed the retailer multiple times and have been ignored. Very poor and illegal retail practice not honoring warranty under Australian Consumer Law.
Absolutely hopeless – I ordered and paid for a high quality wireless reversing camera from these people on 20 th December 2021. were allowing extra time for delivery. Today is 25th January 2022 and I still haven’t received the camera nor have I had any tracking information. I have emailed Brandbeast twice and sent them a message on Facebook and still no reply. I would definitely not recommend this company to any one and would advise everyone to find another supplier for these types of products.
Poor quality items, worse than useless. AVOID – Bought a fascia kit from ebay from this seller. When I tried to fit it, it was too wide for the dash, and totally wrong contours, and the fitting points were in the wrong place. Trying to squeeze the kit into the dash cause the mounts to crack open, and lose grip on the double din unit. Waste of time and money, now I have to throw it out and buy a proper unit from somewhere else.

A complete scam – Items listed arn't stocked, provides fake tracking numbers, tries to scam additional postage costs ect. The absolute worst ive ever delt with
Never buy from these scammers – I put an order in on the 14/08 on eBay. Says it was shipped on the 18/08 via Aramex. It has no moved since that date. Waiting on Paypal refund.
Worst eBay’er I have struck in 14 years – As per the other review, they sell items that they don’t have, give you a tracking number when the item is not posted. Absolutely the worst I have come across

Scam eBay seller – A scam eBay seller, avoid at all costs. They will advertise they have stock, so you order and pay. They then give a fake tracking number. But you never receive your goods Only after lodging complaint with eBay will they respond and claim there has been a mix up with their supplier. Stay away from them.
Received tv not the 1 advertised – bought a so called "smart tv" when it finally arrived was definitely not a smart tv, just an lcd with a DVD player. Will not return emails or make contact with me, absolute crook
Scam seller beware – Seller provided fake tracking number, does not respond to questions, does not resolve disputes through their own dispute resolution system on their website, got my money back eventually with PayPal avoid this seller definitely a scam and not reputable
Scamming eBay seller – Doesn't respond to emails after purchasing on eBay. Gives fake tracking numbers for goods. Over 3 weeks now and no item despite repeated attempts at contacting them. If I could give a ZERO star rating I would. Stay right away from these thieves!!!!!
Possible scam seller beware – Ordered item online never received item shop not responding to there own resolution service or emails No contact number provided on website Australia Post have no knowledge big item despite seller listing as being dispatched through them
