Much too hard – I bought this mattress based on the very high rating provided by Choice magazine. was told that they did not accept opened mattresses. I had no choice but to dispose of the mattress and buy one from a local retailer (finally a good night’s sleep!). I was then sent a link to provide a review. I described my experience which appeared for about two minutes on their website before they deleted it.

Caveat emptor, buyer beware.
