Perfect pancakes no matter the batter – I got this as a gift about 8 years ago and use it every 2-3 weeks for our Sunday breakfast. No matter if I use a packet pancake mix or whip up my own pancakes are cooked to perfection, golden and brown on the outside light n fluffy on the inside. Great product !

Excellent – I love how easy the hinge makes it to flip these pancakes. They come out light and fluffy and it's almost impossible for them to burn. recipes are included in the instruction manual. If you have children, just keep an eye on them while using it as the entire surface can become quite hot. Overall though, I love this cooker! Relatively small appliance. Cooks pancakes evenly as the heat is equally distributed over the entire cooking surface. The hinge design eliminates the "flipping" problem that can occur when using a frying pan. You have to be careful when filling the "wells" of the pancake cooker as cleaning up spills from over-filling can be time consuming, however a scoop is provided for measuring batter. While the surface is non-stick - the instructions clearly state that you need to grease between each set of pancakes that you're cooking. Spray non-stick products however damage the coating.

Useful value for money appliance... love it! – After struggling to flip pancakes and my mother absolutely failing to teach me as well, the Breville Pancake Creations is the answer. Absolutely simple to use (even I can't muck it up), required accessories supplied, and a perfect result everytime if you follow the instructions. And makes great omelettes as well. Brilliant.
