First try ands brilliant low carb loaf. Great so far

Very simple to use but follow the instruction. Used a ready made packet from Woolies, next will be a fruit loaf, I was a bit concerned that it wouldn't start but the pre heat was activated

Purchased in June 2020 at Amazon for A$124.00.

Sue are you from Perth West Aust. Go to All About Bread...they sell the proper flour to use, and give you the correct measurements etc. Advice is not to follow recipes in the book. These people provide everything you need...I won't go to anyone else now or buy Supermarkets now, I just from a quality flour and follow their guidelines. They also have classes...

My Paddle gets stuck in the bread maker EVERY time and when i get the loaf out it rips through my bread meaning i cant remove it nicely. Can someone help :( Also if someone can let me know how I remove the paddle before the final rise so that I don't ruin the dough and approx. how long that is or how i can work it out? Then i wouldnt have the whole at all.

Oil the paddle, and the sides of the Bread maker slightly, someone else suggested this as a great idea...
