receiving the our Optimum Bread Maker, we have stopped going to the shops to buy any store bread (shelft or "freshly baked") and instead, we only return to restock on bread flour as we go through at least one 750g fresh loaf per day with the kids who go nuts for the hot, fresh and crusty bread we bake daily.
The Optimum Bread Maker requires very little time to setup once you memorise your favourite loaf ingredients, and the amount of cleanup is little to none. Not only is it simple and easy to clean up after, but have had near perfect loaves produced every time. Some may not like the small indent left over from the stirring device, but it is a very small issue which I happily overlook.
I also, soon after, made the purchased of an Advwin Electric Food Slicer which has complemented my bread maker amazingly and ensuring clean cut slices of bread (but that will be for a separate review).

Overall, I am very pleased with my Optimum Bread Maker purchase and the quality of the product is superb, but also to the team at Froothie who have provided great customer support throughout since making the purchase.

Perfect loaf and super easy to use – We love this breadmaker! It's small, and so easy to use. Our favourite is the white with light crust. The Loaf of my Life! – This is my first time owning a bread machine and the Optimum BM1000 did not disappoint! This product was kindly gifted to me by Froothie and it has made making bread so easy and fun. All you have to do is put all your ingredients in the machine, choose your settings and you’re done. Great machine and easy to operate – The Froothie team are great to deal with. The bread maker it's self is a great machine, easy to operate. Useful Breadmaker – I've had the product for just under a month, and whilst it has been fun to use, there it isn't absolutely perfect. What is useful is the 17 preprogrammed functions, and the 'cheat sheet' recipe book included in the package. It is wonderful to wake up to fresh bread in the morning. However a few minor gripes: I would have liked to have seen a low carb or keto recipe included, but no such luck (however plenty online). The website was also promising a comprehensive recipe book, printed out in a book format, however I received A4 sized paper as a substitute for the book.
Probably the most annoying aspect of the product is that sometimes the machine can be noisy and wake you up at 5am with super loud beeping noises! If I could find a way to have a silent mode, I would! So for many sleepy days it loses a star, but hopefully it would be corrected in the next iteration.
Bread when I want – Initial mistake of not following recipe. I've made a few loaves since then and can't fault the breadmaker. Fresh bread in a few hours. Slowly working my way through the different settings. I've bought several items from foothie and I've never had issues. Show reply
Fantastic product probably the best I've ever owned – It was exactly what we were looking for and exactly how it was described. Makes fantastic bread and we will play around with a few variations but fabulous machine. Easy to use and easier to clean. Will recommend this to friends. Show reply
Love this bread maker – This bread maker is easy to use, set your size & variety. It even looks attractive on the bench. This bread maker actually cooks you bread in a normal bread shape and is easy to slice. Vs the older / other style bread makers than had a long shape and the tin cooked upright. when cooked. I mostly cook multigrain loaves, but have made quick, fruity & even used the cake setting. More recipes are available online if you loose your basic recipe book it came with . My kids are loving it also.

The Perfect Kitchen Appliance – Once I worked out the operation procedure it is very easy to use. I have made Light Rye sourdough, Soft Milk Bread and French Loaf Bread all of them have turned out just great. I am now making bread for my family as well. Be aware – I only got the machine yesterday but have used it and it seemed to do a reasonable job. However, I find the instructions to be poorly written and unclear. The automatic fruit dispenser is very small, I had to add additional fruit manually. The machine has a display panel capable of showing what stage it is up to during cycles and this has the… Read more
potential to be a great feature, but unfortunately the LCD backlight doesn't stay on so you are unable to actually see the progress unless you pause the machine which then turns the light on. Be aware that the countdown clock on the website (which gave me the impression that the sale price would end) has continually restarted for the last 3 months that I know of (which is when I placed my order).
