from the cooker, there’s NO LID !!, so find another container to tip out the rice ( my old one was easier, came with a lid and cost 70%less, so I rang customer support to buy a lid, NO THEY DONT SELL ONE, so I bought a lid off eBay, doesn’t exactly fit but ok, I wouldn’t recommend buying one again
