Bright Smiles Dental

I have a Victorian Emergency Dental Scheme Voucher from Barwon Health. I booked online via HotDoc with Geelong West Bright Smiles Dental as a new patient. I received a call to move the appointment to a later time today. I agreed and was asked to respond YES to their text and subsequently fill out a new patient form. Over an hour and a half later I received another call in which I was told that I should not have booked online via HotDoc because it cost Bright Smiles Dental $79. This isn't on your website. I received a call almost 2 hours after confirming my appointment being told this. This doesn't seem like the patients issue? You have your practice listed on HotDoc and it allowed me to book an appointment at your practice as a new patient. HotDoc has options for businesses to require new patients to call rather than book online. Bright Smiles Dental Geelong West told me a couple different stories about why I couldn't come in. Ultimately, they seemed to make it clear they had no interest in having Dental Voucher recipients as patients because they aren't paying as much to cover their costs to provide online booking services. I waited for my appointment just to be pushed away because I had a voucher. Don't offer your services through the Victorian Emergency Dental Scheme if you have no interest providing the services.

EDIT: they kept calling me after I left the review, then when I blocked their business number they kept calling from a mobile number. When I didn't respond they sent me emails begging me to come in because the dentist didn't like the review. This is the strangest business experience I have had lol. They kept harassing me all evening with phone calls til their business closed for the day.
