Unfortunately I cannot recommend Power Smart Solutions. The solar and battery system itself may be fine, but the after-sales support has been extremely disappointing. The installer never enabled the Wi-Fi dongle, which means we cannot connect to the monitoring app for our battery system. We have now contacted support three separate times through their website contact form and have received no reply at all. We also explained that we cannot remove the cover ourselves because one screw mechanism has retracted internally and the other is excessively tight, making it inaccessible without assistance.

We paid $12,110 for this system, so it is very disappointing to receive no assistance for what should be a simple setup issue. I normally try to resolve issues privately before leaving reviews, but after repeated attempts to contact support, I feel other customers should be aware of our experience
