the service manager told me, "you cannot get anyone besides me; I have the say." This made me feel helpless, as it seemed like someone was trying so hard not to help. Instead of taking accountability, they demanded that I pay additional fees for follow-up services and repairs resulting from their negligence.

It’s disheartening to go from trusting Ford Brighton so completely to feeling cornered and unsupported by their customer service. Every car is more than just machinery for families; it represents a vital part of our daily lives. When it breaks down, despite our best efforts to maintain it, it creates significant stress and challenges for families.

I hope people learn from my experience—don't trust Ford Brighton and think carefully before purchasing a Ford car, believing that someone will look after you.

Once bitten twice shy – Recently had my car serviced here. When I picked it up there was a screw through the front tyre picked up in their workshop. Also later noticed dents in the bonnet where someone had obviously leaned on it replacing wiper blades.Needless to say I won't be going back there. Parts grossly overpriced.

Very happy overall – Went in to buy one car and ended up buying two. And no, it wasn't the salesman's idea. Shane was very obliging and friendly and was able to deal with all of our questions and queries. He has a nice demeanor and very easy to talk to.

Horrible experience - Stay Away – The sales people are pushy and live up to the typical car salesman impression. Car servicing was even worse. Car not serviced properly and doubt they did a proper job. They didn't wash or vacuum the car as is promised when you book the car in for a service. The Assistant Sales Manager was rude and arrogant and felt he was doing you a favour when trying to get the car serviced and cleaned.
