Brisbane Battery Storage

No customer service – Brisbane Battery Storage is the ‘new’ Pedleys solar. Unfortunately, I did not know this when so signed up. (Please do yourself a favour and go look at reviews now!!) To begin with I got emails back in seconds. They said everything I needed to hear. I paid the deposit and booked in. Then radio silence. Can I pay to upgrade to a larger system? Silence.

Sends invoice with final balance before installers even arrive and a day before install complete. That meant once installed I was already overdue.

Invoice is incorrect and does not match what I was told I was getting included! Silence.

Asked a question because it seemed like one of the solar strings was not working. Silence - but I will say installers did return. They said the reason one string is underperforming is because they put most of the panels on one string and 8 less on the other. Which didn’t make sense to me but none the less, I didn’t install.

The install was this week and the only communication I had has been to PAY PAY PAY. No one gets back to me about concerns. No one gets back to me about the invoice issues. No one probably ever will.

Unfortunately Pedleys took me for the ride of a lifetime in the past. They wrecked a brand new colourbond roof, blew up a fronius inverter and the power to our house.

Thankfully this install here seems to have gone ‘moderately okay’. But they have not responded to one email or text. They called me to follow up payment which is when I asked about the strings and no response.

All it takes is to look at Pedleys reviews and see everyone without customer service and no warranty help!

It’s the same already and my install was this week. If I knew it was Pedleys beforehand I never would have used them. Knowing my warranty will likely not be upheld in the long run and what I went through before - seeing it happen again already.

I only found out because the invoice (with incorrect info which is still not changed) was sent from the owner of Pedleys email with Pedleys still written there.

I went to read the reviews and found it was true.

Please! Please check Pedleys reviews. They asked me to remove mine after they got their insurance to have my roof repaired. But the mental damage was done. It was horrible. I don’t know what is actually covered in my install now as there are added bits to my invoice excluding what I was told I was getting.

Stressful from the get go.

P.s I even sent them messages about me making payment this morning. The same number that replied instantly before I paid deposit reads and doesn’t respond.
