BrisVegas Removals

A great experience which can traditionally be very stressful!!!! – A great experience!!! Although arriving 45 minutes late the move was stress free and the 2 guys were very careful with all items and pointed out any issues prior to moving the items/furniture. They worked like trojans, took care and completed the move with great efficacy. The move from New Farm to Wynnum involved all items/furniture from a 2 bedroom house down a set of stairs and at the other end up a set of stairs. Completely satisfied!!!!!

Do not use BrisVegas or crusader national under any circumstance! – The problems with these guys, and Crusader National (their WA rep/agent) are almost too many and too terrible to fit here, a few: 1) Horrible attitudes, particularly the 'boss' on the phone (perhaps [name removed]?), what a horrible person with no dignity and really just a rotten, rotten attitude. 2) My delivery was 12 DAYS LATE!!!! That's 12 days of motels, eating out, and constant stress. Every call went unanswered during this time. [name removed], or whoever, showed no care for my belongings or their arrival time.

3) Then, after 12 days of waiting, a rather rushed drop-off where things were more or less thrown into my house without even once asking, 'where would you like this?' Apparently they had another job and thus my belongings were the casualty of overscheduling their day.

4) One item went missing, and, surprise, surprise, they didn't care! They ignored my phone calls and emails about the matter. I tried to contact BrisVegas and Crusader National, both of these lots just ignored me.

I am currently complaining to the ACCC about these guys. Please do not use them, even if they are cheaper by 50%, trust me, you will regret it for a long time. Money comes and goes, but your sanity....

Just Wonderful.l Service! – I today used BrisVegas Removals and I could not have been more happy with them! Friendly, Fast and On Time: the 2 Gentleman that helped me move today were a complete joy! These reviews are far from what I experienced and I would definately come back to this company. Just wonderful. Thsnlyou again, boys!

Pure Scum! – They are pure scum. Terrible! Worst in the world to deal with. Absolute rubbish removalists. Very agressive, threatening me! Staty away please, you will not save any money with these guys as the repair bill will be more than the small saving you get with these arrogant and dodgy company! 'backyard' removalist that I should not have any concerns as we have also just installed new bamboo flooring. If you do not want to end up stranded on your move day, stay away from these guys.

Never had a problem – Have used brisvegas removals on several occassions and never had any issues. For the price I paid I was very satisfied with the outcome. They even supply me with boxes each time I move which is one less hassle.

Warning!!!! – Do not use - turned up several hours late, took several hours longer to move us despite me ending up doing a fair share of the work. When I questioned the additional cost I was verbally abused and threatened. Some of the removal guys seemed ok, but as a company..... These guys also have the same phone number as Black & White Removalists.

know. I still hadn't heard anything by 2:30pm so had to make other very last minute arrangements. I tried to call to advise of this and got no answer - still haven't heard from them so I guess they were never coming! I am so very disappointed in this lack of customer service.

Good budget removalist – If you're looking for a premium service and happy to pay for it I'd suggest you keep looking cause BrisVegas Removals are not at the top end. They're furniture removal guys... there big and burly and rough around the edges. But they were polite and professional, took good care of my belongings and got the job done.

I'd suggest the other reviews here might just be the competition. Good price, got the job done

Disappointing – They arrived 4 hours late!!! claiming that they were having the tail lights of the truck repaired. I was at work and my 84 year old mum was waiting for them. mirrors behind. They broke a beautiful top to a dressing table and left it behind. My mother heard them laugh when they did it.

They had no equipment to aid with the removal as I have seen with other companies.

They had to do 2 trips as the truck was not big enough. This was despite the fact that they came and gave me a quote on what needed to be moved.

I had to pay someone else to come and finish the removal.

Do not engage the services of these people.

half hours for a quick drink. It was 33 degrees in the middle of the day and I only have praise and admiration for the way these 2 guys worked. I would not write a review this good if they didn't honestly deserve it. Well Done. BrisVegas. You helped us move quickly, for a very reasonable fee and with nothing damaged. Thank you. then put all the uneven items at the bottom and stacked all the boxes of Chinaware precariously at the top. The reason I booked this company in the first place was because we were promised plasma TV boxes and large cardboard boxes to pack the unusually large/awkward items, which would make our subsequent overseas move safer. But they turned up with absolutely no packaging material whatsoever.

After they had finished their job, they tried to charge us more than the written quote that we had.

We have since repacked the entire storage cage so that our things don't get broken because they were stacked so badly.

moving and left a pig piece of bed upright so that It was gonna hit my pregnant sister.It was a near miss accident but instead it hit my vacuum cleaner and broke it.Thank god my sister is OK. We are not going to hire them ever again. cheap but you have to pay a lot to damage they leave behind.so they are not even cheap.

Super terrible attitude!! – I booked for a truck but I needed to cancel due to not relocating anymore. I called them 5 days in advance and emailed. Shoddy – They are very cheap, but unfortunately that's the only semi-positive going for them. Company has admitted responsibility, however after three months of drawing this out has finally said they can't afford to pay what they promised to pay (in writing) and that because they don't have insurance, it's tough luck for us. I've spoken with Fair Trade who have indicated that this is not the case and that we are entitled to 100% of damages. They will be taking the matter up. Fair Trade also advised us to call the Australian Furniture Removalists Association, who knew the name the second I gave it to them, (clearly have had a number of complaints), this crowd are not registered so there is nothing they can do from their end, so the only resolution is through the authorities.

Lesson learned, don't go cheap, find a reputable company through AFRA so you are protected. Cheap, (but nasty) Careless with no customer service

Do not use Brisvegas Removals! – Don't use Brisvegas Removals! They arrived 4 hrs late, they started drinking beer half way through loading the truck wich one of them is part owner of the company, they were half pissed when they left, they couldnt fit every thing on the one truck so had to get another truck wich they then charged me extra at the other end before they would unload my gear threatened me if i didnt pay, lost (more like stole) a few boxes and danaged a few items.

Under no circumstances should you ever use this service – OK then, how's this "Bris Vegas Removals would be the worst moving company I have encountered in 20 years". year old), a broken bed frame, a scratched dining room table (18 months old), two broken lamps (instead of taking the bulb out of one, they literally tore the attachment out of the socket leaving the wires exposed, meaning they need to go in for repairs), and a broken set of drawers. Oh, we are only half way through our unpacking, so stay tuned for more destruction.

They caused havoc at the apartment building by damaging one area to the point the strata needs to pay almost $800 to to repair it, and myself and my partner spent the first hour after they left desperately trying to repair areas of the building they damaged. They turned up without trolleys (!), and literally, and I mean literally, threw our boxes on the floor even though many of them were marked as fragile. Enough details? If you use them, don't complain when you are left devastated at the damage to your nice things, you were forewarned.

See everything I wrote above. We were gutted at the damage they have caused.
