Above and beyond customer service – After many hours trying to put back on a car seat cover and seatbelts to a car seat given to us, I was so frustrated and exhausted. The very helpful customer service representative went to the showroom, picked up the same model car seat and talked me through step-by-step and how to further resolve any issues I had with the seat. I would not hesitate to buy another Britax product knowing the level of support it comes with! Show reply
Britax ebrake stroller worth it – I have used Britax Ebrake and it is Good but heavy. Used it very roughly but still is in solid condition.
They are ok – I have a few Britax products. However I find them to be not overly helpful to those that live in country areas. An example of this is that they will not give out product specifications such as shoulder slot heights on car seats (they have a new one coming out). They tell you to go to your nearest store. hours away so its not as easy as that. And you dont want to buy online to find that it is inappropriate for you. The same thing happened with facebook competitions. They offered a comp but you had to be able to get into a store to help-once again wasn't helpful for the country clients.
They have quality products that have proven safety records. I had three safe n sound seats (britax) that really supported my children adequately during an accident. However, the price tag attached to these are excessive. Especially when you can buy quality products at a fraction of the price.
All in all I think you end up paying more for the name than you do for quality products. In CREP testing they are not performing above all the other products enough to warrant the price.
I would recommend them to other people, but only along with other options so that people that are on limited income have a more economical (and just as safe) option. Quality is reasonable Expense, lack of information
Amazing service!!!!! – I called to try to get a replacement boot cover for a strider capsule, I was informed that they didn't have the colour I needed, the incredibly nice woman I was speaking to said they only had black, but as it didn't match she would give it to me for nothing!!!! in my bumbled attempt to explain the part I was after, the customer service attendant knew exactly what I was talking about. She rang me back that afternoon with prices and postage costs. It was very helpful to know I can replace broken/missing parts on my expensive pram. Excellent customer service and very friendly. Slightly expensive to replace parts but it's worth it for the comfort and safety of your babies.
