Good Carpet Steam Cleaning Service – Was really happy with the outcome, were friendly and punctual, got a lot of dirt and stains out, the carpets really needed it. Also included a rug for free which I was really happy with. Thanks guys.

did you want the carpet done? - well lucky I have wizzed over it anyway before" again simply questioning well wasn't that part of the price and agreement to have the carpet and 2 coaches! Because if I am paying for the carpet to be done I would like to have the whole carpet done not just a square in the center on the room.

I was told very rudely and swarn at "I can't be bothered arguing so I'll knock of $20.00."

And he went on to tell me infact my 2 seater is a 3 seater and my 3 seater is a 4 seater so this should all be extra costs.

If they don't class a seat with 2 seats on it as a 2 seater but bigger they should specify the sizes and clarify it more.

Paid the discounted price however have been left feeling very dissatisfied with the job.

Carpet is still dirty as he did not do them. A square in the middle of the room was done but not the perimeter of the room or under the coaches. We are now going to hire a cleaner and do ourself which is highly annoying since that was the reason we hired and feel we have just wasted our time.

Aside from the poor quality of service provided the main reason for my complaint is for his disgusting customer service.

As a female I do not appreciate been swarn at in an aggressive manner by a grown man in my own home and made to feel like I was in the wrong for questioning why I was paying for a job that we had agreed on but had not been completed.

Be very careful if using.

before, I have learned what to look for - these guys use great detergents to steam clean and the deodoriser really cuts through bad smells and odours. I highly recommend Budget for your next carpet steam clean.

Great carpet steam cleaners – Highly professional is the best way I can describe the carpet cleaning services from Budget was very impressed with their booking process and talked me through all aspects and gave me quotes.

Horrible don't go for this company – Sure they price beat by 3 dollars but very unprofessional. Arrived 30 mins late but completely unapologetic said I was the one being inpatient for calling him twice to find out where he was. Also dressed unprofessionally - arrived in dirty jeep with track pants. Not sure if trustworthy. Also didn't guarantee he would have it up to scratch for bond return.

recently vacated for the clean.

On the day of the clean the cleaner was THREE HOURS LATE. After an hour I managed to find a contact number for the company and called to ask where the cleaner was. The cleaner called to advise that the company (based in the Phillipines) had given him 20mins to travel from Dandenong to Geelong.

After I had enquired about the lateness of the driver he called me to abuse me for "dobbing on him".

After the job was completed, the driver failed to leave a receipt. Left all the lights on, left my door unlocked and took the liberty of urinating in my toilet without flushing.

The job was atrocious and had to be redone by another company after both my real estate agent and I had attempted to contact the company for a refund.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to deal with the customer service reps. They dont even ask your name and shoo you off the phone.

I have had no choice but to report this GOD AWFUL company to Consumer Affairs.

agent informed us of several items including cupboards, oven and surfaces etc that were still unclean. We called to have this corrected by the Budget Steam but were informed we'd have to pay another 2 hrs of cleaning at $98 total (the original amount!).

So not only did they not honour their money-back guarantee, they tried to charge us a second time for the full amount of the original job to correct their error!

WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE. If you want your Bond back, don't use these guys.

Fantastic service highly recommended, deodorised and cleaned my carpet, rug and couches – Our place was pretty dirty as we have 2 dogs and it had been a while! The operator was punctual and friendly, did a fantastic job, carpets look like new again, rug is fantastic and finally I can sit on my couches without cringing. Thanks Budget! Very well priced and a great all round service.
