Do not place an order with this company. We spent well over $100 for a bunch of flowers and Belgian chocolates. There was no attempt to deliver the flowers, they went straight to the post office 3 days late, and only we (sender) were advised about their non-delivery. The flowers were sub par and the Belgian chocolates were a small Twix bar. After 5 contacts, starting from scratch for each conversation, they offered a $20 store credit.

Wish I checked reviews first! Dont bother. Terrible experience. Placed an order for flowers and a card $105. Picked a date. Flowers a no show. Poor communication and any communication is a robot. No actual person. Bot replied that flowers will be delivered 3 days after date I had selected. No updates. No apolgies . No actual person behind this. Have emailed for a full refund....will be lucky to get that

I ordered flowers on the 28/5/26 for a funeral. They weren’t delivered but were delivered to my place 10 days later half dead. Since then I have been trying to get my money back. I have jumped through all of their hoops up to and including sending the dead flowers back. They now refuse refund because they didn’t receive the flowers within 24-48… Read more

hours. Flowers were picked up by courier on Friday so naturally they weren’t delivered till the following Monday. Very disappointing considering they are completely at fault and refuse to acknowledge that fact

DO NOT use this florist. I spent about $110 for what I thought was a lovely spray. What was delivered was quite pitiful and bore only a passing resemblance to the photos online with way more greenery than I wanted. The whole vibe of the flowers simply wasn’t there. Also, unlike many other florists, the photo of the flowers online did not… Read more

differentiate between the different price points. And I did not even receive an email confirmation. When I called to confirm the order next day they struggled with English and assured me I would receive an email and the flowers delivered before 5. Neither happened.

Genuinely the worst company I have ever dealt with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ordered flowers to be delivered on 9th June. They said delivery to the suburb I wanted was fine and could be delivered on the 9th June and took the payment. The flowers never arrived. Received absolutely 0 correspondence from them. Contacted them and was told they don’t… Read more

deliver there. Were they ever going to tell me? After several slow back and forths they said the best they could do was store credit (why on earth would I want that now) or a gourmet hamper. I requested for the money to be refunded to my account but they would not. I selected the hamper and was told it would be delivered in a weeks time and they would refund the delivery fee. The hamper was delivered a week and a half late, and they still have not refunded my delivery fee and are ignoring my requests.

No apology, extremely poor customer service and an absolute scam of a company. Will never be ordering from here again and suggest everyone stay away.

I think one star is too much! I think one star is too much for this company. They claim same day delivery if ordered before a certain time. I ordered the day before the very special occasion and believed the flowers would be delivered the next morning 17 June. Flowers are apparently expected to arrive late today. When I complained they offered… Read more

me a credit on my next order which I refused stating that I wouldn't use their business again. They then increased the credit offer refusing my request for a refund due to false advertising and disappointment at failure of service as promised. Do NOT use this business!!

Terrible, terrible service. Buyer beware! I wish read the reviews before I spent my money. If I could give no stars, I would. Ordered flowers for same day delivery, for a FUNERAL. Received an Aramax notification a few hours later telling me that my flowers were being delivered by courier from Brisbane to the Whitsundays - over 1000km away, and… Read more

now instead of being same day, it will be a week. A week!! They are flowers. In a jar. Presumably with water. Called customer service who said that the ones I wanted were out of stock, and 'oh sorry we missed the event', and the only way to receive a refund is to return the flowers!!!! What the actual. I ordered with the expectation that my flowers would be delivered same day. The website says delivery same day. The invoice says delivery same day. Why did no one call me? Why did you allow me to pay if the item is out of stock and you cannot fulfill same day delivery? I am beyond angry and so disappointed. Don't waste your money with this company. I want a refund in full so I can go and buy flowers that will be delivered when I want them to.

Bad experience!! Best to just order from your local florists. Ordered a birthday bunch at 11:30am for same day delivery thinking it was fast delivery. It got delivered at 8:40pm. $123 and tipped 10% on top thinking I would receive a good service. $132 total. Dogshit experience and waste of money!!

I ordered flowers on Bunches and Stems website. After filling out my name and credit card details for my order, then tapped pay, the website stalled for a time, then went to back to start. Checked my card, money for flowers had been deducted. No email to say order had been received. Rang the B and S call centre ( suspected to be in India) had no record of the order and couldn’t help. Rang my bank immediately to stop payment.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. What everyone else said is so true, an absolute scam. Ordered and paid for same day delivery of flowers to Palm Cove only to find out the next day they hadn't been delivered. When I rang they said it would take 4-6 business days as they would need to send them from Brisbane.!!!!!!!!!! Now I have to… Read more

wait 24 hours to hear back if they will refund my money and then it will take another week for the refund to come through thats if they agree. They said they sent me an email later that day, never received it and it doesn't matter, the situation is still the same, paid the money, no product. Absolute con. There web page makes out you are ordering from a Palm Cove florist, as it's classed " local Delivery " totally misleading. They need to be reported and I'm the person to do it.

BEWARE they will not deliver your flowers on time, they actually use Aramex to do there deliveries. No customer service. I purchased flowers to be delivered to a ward in hospital to a 90yo for her birthday who is gravely ill. 4 days later they said they delivered but they didn't. From you (now Buches and Stems) will not refund until i return the… Read more

undelivered flowers. When i rang they said they are on the way and i have to wait. I have had to put in a dispute with our bank to get the money back and report to ASIC. This company should not be allowed to trade. They trade under Bloomex, From You and Bunches and Stems. Shame on this company, They are not AUSTRALIAN they can not speak much english.

AVOID... this is scammy company - takes your money at point of sale (on the web order) then says in a follow up email that they can't deliver on the day you requested (even thought the website said that was doable). Then they say cannot / will not refund your money. Is this even legal? They think it's fine if they add a cheap gourmet upgrade.… Read more

Also, I had thought (due to web presntation) that I was ordering from a Toowoomba florist (supporting small business) but tit turns out the order is being sender via ARMEX a postal service from brisbane... three days after I had requested. AVOID.

I ordered flowers for my daughter and son in laws wedding anniversary for delivery Saturday June 6th.Rang Saturday afternoon to find out where they are only to be told they were delivered to the local Post Office on Friday 5th June. Why???? There was never any correspondence from this sham of a company as to the reason… Read more

they weren’t delivered. They are now saying they will deliver them on Tuesday June 9th way after the anniversary.I asked for a fresh bunch not the ones sitting at the Post Office and he told me they’ll be fine and I said in no uncertain terms I won’t be accepting the 5 day old flowers and I require a new bunch to be delivered to my daughters residence. There was no sorry just telling me the address was a little remote.Communication would have been the key here and I could have made other arrangements. Please people do not use this terrible company

HEARTBREAKING DO NOT ORDER FROM BUNCHES AND STEMS, FROM YOU FLOWERS OR ANY ASSOCIATED BLOOMEX BRAND FRONTS If you are considering ordering flowers for anything important, especially a funeral or time sensitive occasion, stop and read this first. Bloomex (under brand front From You Flowers that has just changed brand front name to Bunches and… Read more

Stems, probably due to being outed as scam-like under other brands, don't be fooled by unscrupulous brand front, its all Bloomex), Bloomex failed at every stage of my order and the only reason I received a refund was extreme escalation through my bank, Consumer Affairs Victoria, and a report lodged with the ACCC. There was no meaningful communication at any point. I ordered a $130 sympathy bouquet of white and pale roses for delivery before a funeral. What was delivered was nothing like what I ordered. The flowers did not match the description at all. Because they failed to deliver on the correct day, an unapproved “gourmet” upgrade was added and the substitute was a packet of plain Arrowroot biscuits. These were purported to be a gourmet upgrade. It was completely inappropriate, not requested, and deeply upsetting given the circumstances. From the beginning, the experience was misleading. The website appeared to be a local florist, but the service is a centralised fulfilment system rather than an actual local florist. Delivery dates changed repeatedly, tracking information contradicted itself, and communication was inconsistent or automated. Customer service was effectively unusable Chat drops off if it cannot resolve an issue Phone support is practically unreachable with excessive hold times Emails are ignored or answered with scripted responses After the failure, I was offered a $40 store credit. This was not acceptable in any way. On a $130 order that was not delivered as described, store credit is not compensation, and I would not use it even if it covered the full amount. I would still have to pay delivery again, which made it meaningless. I would never use this company again, even with store credit or “goodwill” offers. To actually resolve the issue I had to escalate through multiple channels: corporate(at)bloomex.com.au; sydney(at)bloomex.com.au; florist-ops(at)bloomex.com.au; care(at)customerservice.bloomex.com.au; corporate(at)bloomex.ca; publicrelations(at)bloomex.ca; melbourne(at)bloomex.com.au I also contacted Bloomex Australia directly via LinkedIn. No one ever communicated with me. I simply received a refund notification without explanation. I still do not know which contact triggered it. Bloomex has previously been the subject of regulatory action by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission for misleading and deceptive conduct relating to online pricing and advertising practices in its flower sales operations, including issues around delivery fees and promotional claims. From mine and other people’s recent experiences nothing seems to have changed. The refund only came after escalating through Consumer Affairs Victoria, my bank dispute process, and a report lodged with the ACCC. Their substitution and delivery policies are effectively designed in a way that does not hold up to Australian Consumer Law protections and in practice function to disadvantage customers rather than protect them. Given these repeated issues and ongoing consumer complaints, it is difficult to understand how these practices continue. It is surprising the ACCC is not able to take stronger action to prevent this pattern of harm from continuing to affect customers repeatedly. Key issues: Incorrect flowers delivered, nothing like what was ordered. Unapproved substitution of “gourmet” upgrade with biscuits. Misleading product description. Unreliable delivery timing. Customer service inaccessible or non responsive. Refund only achieved through extreme escalation. Store credit offered instead of proper refund, but not acceptable and not used. This was not a minor service failure. It was a funeral order that failed at every critical point, then required regulator level escalation just to resolve. Even after refund, there was no accountability or communication. I would not use Bloomex under any circumstances, even with store credit, and I strongly advise others to avoid them for any important occasion. • Invoice Number : 2542477Store Location: Online From You Flowers advertised as local to Dayelsford
