Shop anywhere (online and instore) where MasterCard is accepted and bundle your transactions into one simple repayment to pay on your chosen repay day (you have 14 days to repay a bundll)
No interest
Snooze feature allows you delay repayment for a bundll by an additional 14 days. You can snooze multiple times on each bundll if needed.
Has a referral system to accrue free snoozes
Every time you use a snooze, you must also make a $20 bundll minimum repayment.
Each snooze has a $2.50 fee in addition to the minimum repayment of $20
24-hour grace period for a missed repayment, then a $10 late fee is applied as well as a $20 minimum repayment. If this is unsuccessful your account is suspended.

Made a payment not removed from my account – Every one needs go to the financial ombudsman as ,I made my payment,as I also do they did not remove it and now charged me a late fee for something I paid, after contacting them for 2days to sort it they still saying they have a clause that gives them permission. DISGUSTING BUSINESS PRACTICES – I pay my amount owing every pay. Paid full amount owing of $500 and money taken from bank account yet app says I still owe this money I ALREADY PAID! Fraudulent to the max! Tried using live chat, doesn’t work, email with proof never replies, calling well never answer. If you take money again which I have proof I’ve paid ACFA, ACCC and office of fair trading will be notified if your shonky business practices! I want this fixed NOW! ZERO STARS!

Using Bundll for almost 2 years. Signed up because it's a Velocity partner, so another way to get frequent flier points. Easy to use when it works. Unfortunately when it's down, it takes a long time for their IT team to fix it (current outage has been about 36 hrs from the first "Oops... something went wrong" message. Communication from Bundll is poor, and done through Twitter rather than the apps push notifications. Last tweet assures us that they've put direct debits on hold. Doesn't really help those who wanted to snooze a payment...

Being scammed $499 I didn’t spend – I’ve had a $499 bundll added to my account from nowhere, I’ve been back and forth with customer service and their responses are half as and take a whole week or two to get another response, nothing has been done about this issue and now I’m considering to take it up to a higher person. get in touch with someone via the so called "live chat" and for two days they keep saying we are busy end chat, absolutely terrible customer support and in the meantime I am out of pocket $200 as my bank can't reverse the payment because it has been paid to Bundll.

Complete waste! Liars! – Don’t even bother with this company! It’s in or out! Asked what happened if I close my account - was told can reapply. Try to reapply and the answer is - you can’t! They take 2 months to return an email of all things because cannot call them! Then after you reply to that email you’ve been waiting for for 2 months - you wait another 2-3mths for another response!

resolution - I was with Bundle the first Time it rolled out used it a few times then it stopped allowing me access to pay the balance - I still have it had a chance To resolve this matter no call back my account was showing overdue amounts but customer service could not link my new number in order for me to gain access Back to my account they said wait 24-48 hours then we send you code ? - it’s been 4 years and still no support or help to rectify - please be very mindful and careful I was a valued customer and loyal to this company and still have no response or support for a simple mobile phone number change so I could gain access to my app - very disappointed and from the other reviews same thing has happened to many people so sad

still there I was getting what she asked for then she said "Quiet too quiet" and ended the chat. No emails back, no contact from support just harassment emails and added fees. I'm really upset that this has happened and it seems when you raise awareness they cut you off so you cannot contact via chat, call or email. Absolute disgraceful company steer clear.

app doesn't let you. I have had multiple chats with their pathetic customer service team who always say they will put in a note to fix this but no avail. And their customer service team is one of the hardest to get hold of.

shows you is not right. I make payment for what the app shows you as due and couple of days later I get a text saying something is due. Tried contacting their customer service and that's the worst part. Most of them are sitting in the Philippines and they repeat the same thing over and over again. Non existent customer service and shockingly poor financial controls – Bundll was working well until recently due to an issue the repayments get taken from your account and then not updaed in the app. You can get nobody on chat (probably same on email).
