Haven’t received the products but customer service is terrible – Please be careful when you place pre-order from this company. I contacted them and ask about pre-order the popular bookcase. They happy to created an invoice , make me pay full amount , told me will be around 6weeks til the products arrive in the country. Weeks after weeks of waiting , I contacted them again to see what the process is going. [Name Removed] - the person answer my email, not only the tone completely bluntly , rude and different, she was nice when she tried to sell me the products and take my money. She told me the stocks haven’t arrive but when them arrive, all the pre-order since July will be serve first??? Did I have that information when she sent me the invoice for my pre-order? No! I only been told 6weeks from there stocks will arrive. That’s all I know. And I have been asking the question estimate when I can expect to receive my order and my question never got answer, [Name Removed] ignored my question. She keep saying stock delay and that even when stocks arrive , no guarantee I will receive one as older pre-order will be sent out first. Of course I’m not upset because first in first serve, I’m upset because it was hidden information and I never know about it to make a choice before I went to pay full amount and thought I only have to wait for 6weeks and can expect the latest to receive my order is 8weeks (before Xmas) . And I feel upset because the way [Name Removed] - the company’s representative answer my email and the tone of words she used to answer, not very nice at all, consider they are in the wrong. I would be happy to wait if there was some apologies for the delay and give me option to make a choice to wait for cancel my order. Before I email them I wanted to order few more from them, l but I got disappointed and scare I won’t receive my order and waste my money and time after all. So I write this review to raise my concern with the owner of the company, I love their products and I love to support local business but I also love to be treated with respect and transparency. I hope they improve their customer service and answer my email to let me know if I choose to continue waiting , the least thing that I should able to have an estimate time line. You might have best products but if you don’t treat your customers well , they might feel like they make mistake one but they won’t make mistake twice. I want to feel like I have make a good choice , not regret it!
