They messed up my order, then refused to send another – This is at the Indooroopilly store. First on Uber Eats, they sent the wrong order. Then I reported it wrong on Uber and I might get my money back, so I ordered a second one because I got no response or order an hour later after waiting to see if my actual order would arrive, it did not. Then with the second order, the Uber delivery guy messaged me as said they refused to give my order to him because the had already sent it, even know I had made a second order. $60 loss and no food... I still have not received my order... Never again with these people, you can't even find the store online, do not trust these guys. Uber help was also very unhelpful...

Big burgers and nice taste – Tried this fast food store and found out that they serve big burgers with lots of fillings. The burgers taste was good with fresh ingredients when i got it. However, i did notice the thick fries that came with it, was not as crunchy the second time around as it tasted more soggy and half cooked. On the upside, the deal for 2 burgers at the price of one is a steal. Definitely recommend trying out their honolulu and outback burgers first before exploring the rest of their menu.
