how long it would take, how long to dry, and also if they had permission to move the small furniture - Very professional.

I didn't expect them to move my heavy stuff because as I thought it unreasonable, but they still moved my lounges and chairs, etc. They even put little protective things under the wooden legs so that the damp carpet wouldn't damage my furniture - very cool.

I have to say that the job took a little longer than I thought, but they asked for permission to redo a couple of areas and all 4 bedrooms, stairs, dining room, lounge room, study and theatre room now look brand new - they even got rid of my red wine stain which the last carpet bloke said was there to stay. I had them also clean my shaggy rug and some of my tiles, and was pretty impressed.

Would I use them again, yes, but probably only once a year - even though I saw how much crap they got out of my carpet (I didn't know it was that filthy, ugh). I have bought some spray bottles of their product so I could touch things up when I drop food, etc. so that should get me by till I save up again.

Not happy – Felt like we got far less value for our money than we should have. Fair job, at best, on the carpets. Didn't clean under the bathroom cabinet nor under the fridge and there are now air bubbles the size of saucers under two areas of lino. I won't be back.

I rang to confirm & spoke with 2 women & asked if mattress in the very small bedroom would be easier cleaned on bed frame - they concurred. I asked about moving mattress & was told shouldn’t be a problem.

Appointment was for 10.30 - they turned up at 11.10

& advised me they would charge more to move mattress. I stated that if they would lift the mattress, I would unlatch frame so carpet could be cleaned. They advised this would be more money & that they didn’t have time. Perhaps if they had bothered to be on time instead of 40 minutes late it wouldn’t have been such an issue to them.

Over the phone they assure you that you’re going to get excellent service, however for a company who purports to supply superior & quality service and charges at the very top end - their Customer Service is appalling. Do yourself a favour -
