perfect grandkids can't live without it – What can i say but just love it. ours blew up and we are trying to purchase a new one without any luck. nobody in adelaide have them or they say have never carried this item. In desperate need for a new one to keep the kidlets happy please help me find one. reliable and easy to use it blew up and need a new one urgently grandkids are devastated without it

Love it – Had our hot chocolate machine for over 2 years now and we love it,We had to re grease the spin shaft a couple of times though as it binds up and wont spin,also need to use enough chocolate powder to milk ratio to make it perfect. Wife is better at this than me. Makes beautiful hot chocolate and can leave it on to make a few cups. Can be a pain to clean as it does burn on to the heat element.

A waste of money – My wife wanted one of these but it was a total waste of money as the tap assembly leaked after the second use around the body of the container and then the motor refused to work just sat humming.We got a refund on it as it was so unreliable. The name Useless product and poor quality

No better than a spoon – I was so disapointed with this product. It doesn't make the hot chocolate thick and creamy at all. It heats the milk, it mixes the chocolate powder in (same as a spoon would), and then it dispenses it. Thin runny hot chocolate. You have to use 1000ml of milk, 200g of hot chocolate (that's half a packet). It doesn't seem to work for a single cup. I love hot chocolates like you buy at a cafe, but this machine was a waste of money for me. I think I would have been better buying a milk throther instead.

Good – overall it is a fun and easy to use product, it also shuts itself off when it is done, and froths milk, you also get a great recipe book to make delicious drinks, this cadbury hot chocolate maker is a great product to have in winter, it makes up to 8 cups of hot chocolate so plenty for the whole family, it is not to heavy, it warms the milk and melts chocolate unless you put too much in, it mixes it all up so all you need to do is put all your ingredients in and wait. really it is an unnecessary novelty item that you do not really need but it is fun, also i find it a bit pricey
