you practically need to advise the waitress to remove the plates. The ambiance has changed, when you arrive you are forced to walk through their smokers area. The glare from Glynde corner was bright that it made it very hard to see what was happening inside.

Absolutely terrible – On arrival go to toilet, no handwash in any toilet, advise staff, not all addressed, another guest used disabled toilet a little later, no handwash. Ordered coffee, asked for a cup, was given a mug and charged for the wrong size too! Ordered lunch, guest had food allergy, made them aware of this when food ordered, food brought out with food in it… Read more

they are allergic to! Took dish to desk, asked what it was on plate, they confirmed it was the allergy food, hat part of I have an allergy to …. Do you not understand????

Then upon leaving went to pay, and was charged $9 more than the meal and drink, the best the manager could offer was there is a surcharge. Surcharge to what it was a weekday, not a public holiday?????
