Attitude issues -customer is always wrong – We spent more money and time on postage fees for the wrong item sent to us then the actual item.

Great coffee – I note some negative reviews which is a bit confusing for me. I’ve been getting my coffee beans here for many years. The beans aren’t cheap but the price of coffee beans around the world has increased in recent times. Staff are always pleasant and obliging. Great selection to choose from. We mix a variety of beans with their Rainforest Decaff. I recommend the decaff. Show details

Great coffee fix – They offered helpful suggestions on which coffee would be best for my taste. I received my coffee very quickly after ordering. The coffee was delicious! I would definitely order again.

Awful Coffee and Service – recently bought 2kgs I’d Their Casalingi Coffee on the recommendation of their staff. it smelt awful and tasted worse. When I returned the unopened bags to swap, they would not do it, I was stunned. Appalling service and terrible coffee, the staff wanted to blame our machine etc. I had to walkout. Show details

Good place to go for an argument – The customer service experience here varies from indifferent to down right hostile depending on whether you have a problem they promised they could easily fix when you bought the product - like overpriced replacement gaskets that turn out not to work. well as loose leaf tea, and the choc-coated coffee beans are fantastic! No, I am not a current or former employee, just a coffee lover who loves Caffe Bianchi's coffee. The price of most of the coffee they sell compares well with the leading supermarkets, usually only a few dollars extra per kilo, but the flavour is worth paying the extra 50cents per 250gm pack. Having moved out of the area I took advantage of their online ordering system, and to my surprise, even though I'd placed my order in the afternoon, it arrived at 9am the very next day! Also, despite my order being a mix of grinds, whole beans and multiple flavours and bag sizes, the order was spot on. I highly recommend Caffe Bianchi coffee for plungers, stovetop espresso pots and cappuccino machines and it makes the perfect gift. Their coffee, range of coffee flavours, value for money, friendly service, the smell of coffee in the shop A cafe onsite would be wonderful!
