Great Service from Property Manager – My property manager Josh Frew has been very proactive in managing the property. He went above and beyond the call of duty to resolve some fairly complex issues with multiple stakeholders involved.

Amazing Service – We recently contacted Calibre with a view to putting our flat into the rental market in St Lucia. Their agent, Emily Williams, was not only friendly, helpful, patient and highly competent but she also acted lightening fast to get our property advertised and was able to rent it for us within an extremely short period of time. after speaking to her, I knew I had found what I was looking for. The team at Calibre took care of everything, every detail looked after from getting the blinds installed, to getting a thorough clean of the property and it was Hassle free! We found a tenant within a week from going to market, and since then Calibre does routine inspections and is always there to iron out any issues. I consider myself very lucky to have found the Calibre team and would recommend them to everyone.

Steer Clear – Rented a place from this agency in Brisbane, QLD. Would not recommend them to anyone, in fact would advise to steer clear. Poor service from Property Manager. Often did not respond to communication. Frequently rescheduled inspections, or did not attend the property. Lack of regard and respect for tenants.
