False advertising, ‘buy multiple and save’ but no discount came up. When I contacted them, they said I had to purchase 6 items first and then would refund me 10% after I’d already paid. Dodgy!

First order with bad experience. Parcel did not receive on schedule. Was waiting for the parcel for birthday present but ended up emyhanded to the birthday party.
Poor quality and hugely expensive for what I received. Whiskey glass with name ordered-looks cheap and I doubt if it will last after a few washes. Update: one wash and the label is peeling off. Waste of money.
Absolute scam. Tracking number never provided. When I asked where my item was they gave me a Tracking number with absolutely no history and tried to get me to buy again. Websites like this should not be able to operate. I have put through a PayPal claim to get my money back. Do not buy from au.callie!
I bought a phone stand and i thought it came as a phone charger as well you have to read fine print in the specifications as the picture displayed the phone charging trying to get a refund impossible and not worth the price i was charged wont be buying from this company again
Personalised bracelets. Arrived not as requested. Trying to send back for 70% refund ( yes we loose 30% for thier mistake) Customer service non existent. Save your money and purchase elsewhere.

I am extremely satisfied and very grateful with the understanding shown. Great support team. Reasonably priced products; fast delivery too.
Follow-up · I purchased a personalised pencil & sketchpad case which was delivered within two weeks in November 2025. It was of reasonable quality for price.
I purchased an item thinking l was buying the whole game but instead only received part of it Probably my error in the purchase but they offered me a 70% refund which l accepted then kept bargaining me down to 30% then 50% Now no contact with them at all Not good enough really they should keep their word Bad bad experience

Great product (child's blanket with personalised name), but advertising barrage was relentless, even after I unsubscribed, as instructed (I didn't subscribe in the first place). I have had to block them on email and won't buy from them again.
I paid the price of leather and its PVC. It was advertised as leather,I am so tired of being ripped off by dishonest people. It come quickly but sadly it will not last. Its a cheap knock off's, I was very disappointed
