Late last year I got a quote for four windows all different coverings. I paid 50% deposit that day. In January I finally got a call to say my order was in and we booked a time for install. On the day three of the windows were done and they said they were finished. I had to remind them of the shutter blind which he had forgotten and had apparently ordered incorrectly so had to do again. The shutter blind came in and install was done by a group of men who botched it. It had a huge scratch on it and on inspection had a lot of scratches on a lot of panels. They also did not replace the switch which had been dodgy on my previous blind nor put a limiter on it. It ended up winding incorrectly and could not be used. They came and fixed it but not have the switch in stock and did not fix that. I was asked to finish paying the invoice and they would be back to fix the switch. That was three weeks ago. I have contacted them and been told someone will be out to fix. That was last Thursday so four business days have passed. I have sent the company an email before doing this review and will update when I hear from them. Update: the switch was finally replaced. I used a different company to get a similar window covering and they were brilliant and several hundred cheaper. I communication is important to me and Canberras best have no idea how to do that once they have your money.
