Disappointing to say the least – We went there to sell a 2013 great condition car with 60,000kms. However, the employee didn't even get up from his desk to speak with us and couldn't be less interested. We only went there because of what we clearly know now as being false radio adverts.

equally great value, very tidy cars and after test driving decided on the Ford Focus. Purchased and after paperwork and a great chat full of advice and reassurance, off I went.

3 weeks later all of a sudden had gear problems only being able to use 1st and 2nd in my 5spd. Contacted Craig at car yard who instantly reassured me not to stress, then organised pickup of car, gave me a loan car until fixed as he knew I had my daughters wedding in 3 days, and certainly was under no obligation whatsoever to do this, relieving any stress instantly. 4 days later my car was ready and the car swap happened again.

Craig has been happy to help answer any questions to do with car that I've had and even helped repair my windscreen washer though once again, under no obligation whatsoever.

For anybody looking at purchasing a 2nd hand car, give Capalaba Car World a go!! They have restored my faith in car yards and have made me feel like a valued customer since day 1.
