My partner at the time financed a car for me on my behalf in May of last year. It had a 3 month warranty. It had broken down within that 3 months. I tried reaching out the next day and spoke to [Name Removed] that was in Ringwood at the time. He mentioned he had no access to a computer to bring up the file and said he would call me back. I never heard back from him. So I had emailed them constantly with no replies. I spent money on tow trucks, mechanics that quoted me $8,000 to repair it. I contacted consumer affairs and they informed me that they had breached law (unfit for purpose). I spoke to head office in Queensland and got no answers as he was just rude. I wrote numerous emails with a complaint letter and that I am willing to take to VCAT, but would have liked to settle outside VCAT to avoid the stress and time I do not have. I recently have got a call back from [Name Removed] after 2 weeks him saying he would call. It has been a year now and I have only driven this car for 3 months among purchasing it. Would highly disregard this car yard, they are dodgy!!! There was a recall on the part I need done but expired a week after purchase, so they obviously knew something was wrong with the car. Have been instructed by a lawyer to take it further as it's been too long and they have not helped or contacted me. If you are looking for a car, this is not the car yard to look! dodgy and scammers!!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY !! My son tried to purchase a car from these crooks and it was sold from underneath him by the dealer to another poor young lady using their own high finance packages which earn them more interest and fees. Rang wednesday and said we wanted to look at the car. Dealer advised they wont hold the car and we had to pay a deposit. Deposit was paid that night and we went down on saturday and viewed the car (even after [Name Removed] wasnt going to allow the test drive). On that day we advised we would return the next friday or saturday to pick up car. Daily calls from dodgy car yard followed daily and they were advised with whats happening. On thursday bank was doing the PPSR check to pay the finance and there was a financial interest been put on it.

Our finance was approved PRIOR to looking for cars, we just needed to provide the bank the details of the car (secured personal loan)

Absolutely no regard for basic legal practises which are required by Fair Trading (complaint made). Have already spoken to QCAT and will also advise the ombudsman about their procedures.

If your after a car at a good interest rate, this place isnt for you.

If your after a high interest loan and bad service from [Name Removed] and [Name Removed] then this is your place to go.
