Review for CarMatsDirect.com.au do not exchange products? – I recently purchased car mats from CarMatsDirect.com.au and was quite disappointed with the service. Unfortunately, I encountered issues with the product, such as the Loop Pile hole not being in the correct location, which is a significant concern for fit and functionality. Moreover, I was disheartened to find that the company does not offer an exchange for a different color, which limited my options and left me dissatisfied with the final product. This lack of flexibility in their exchange policy was not only inconvenient but also unexpected. Based on my experience, I would advise potential customers to be cautious and ensure that all details are correct before making a purchase, as the post-purchase support may not meet your expectations.

Untrustworthy. Avoid – They took my money and disappeared. Sadly they don’t have much competition for unusual car types but don’t get sucked in. Also, the mats did finally arrive after I began a refund claim via PayPal. And you know what? They don’t fit the specified vehicle.

SCAMMERS!!! DO NOT USE!!! – After purchasing a floor carpet for the car, months later we STILL have not been refunded our money even after contacting the ACCC. Extremely dissatisfied and will be contacting ACCC again. Avoid completely.

Waited over five weeks and never received the mats – Avoid. I waited over five weeks for my mats and received nothing. Zero communication from this business, they are pathetic.

Such a Shame – I wish I could have given zero stars. The rudest company you can imagine, ordered mats 7 weeks ago and nothing received, emailed to get an update as the website stated 5 days. Obnoxious and rude reply, made further excuses. BEWARE the mats are cheap for a reason. Abusive emails from the owner. Business based is from a residential house.
