I was extremely pleased with pricing and despatch of my AU Focus Diesel heater accessories. Unfortunately there were some issues with Direct Freight Express delivering to my nominated address but I was able to arrange for pickup from their warehouse a few days later.

Very Impressed with Carac Caravan Parts Purchased late Friday Delivered to Sydney from Melbourne Monday morning. I did an original order with a $11.00 postage cost, then decided I wanted another item an hour later. ordering and when checkout came I had clicked delivery, my fault I paid another $11.00 delivery for a $4.00 item was my stuff up so let it be, and paid an additional delivery fee. I never rang them. Then I seen, later that evening a credit for $11.00 in my bank. The girl there, had taken it upon herself to do a refund re-arrange the items so it all went together in one delivery. It would have been so easy for them to just let it go through as it was and nothing was their fault, it was all me. It was only $11.00 but gives you faith in a company that goes out of their way to save their customer some coin. "Well done " to the lady there I didn't get her name but this review wont let you put names anyway.
