Had some warranty work done on our van by the guys down at Craigieburn VIC. They could not have been more helpfull. We dropped the van with them, discussed the work to be done. I was very impressed with Larissa's efficiency in handling a warranty claim for a few small items that was discovered on our first service. I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the excellent support we've received regarding the front panels of our Supreme caravan, which have been delaminating in spots. Excellent Customer Service – Shout out to Larissa Hare [Chinderah NSW] for her excellent customer service in assisting us with a few warranty issues following the collection of our Supreme Sunray Eclipse Caravan in mid December. Larissa was very prompt with her contact, followed up all matters quickly and assisted in getting the warranty work underway prior to us starting our lap around Oz in April 25.
