store doesn’t really affect me. If I’m being super critical, the only minor issue is trying to buy stock online that isn’t in Brisbane they charge a home delivery charge and there appears to be no avenue for the stock to be sent to Brisbane store with their regular deliveries to click and collect for free. 5 star service at Brisbane.
2 separate purchases - both excellent – Purchased the DAS polisher and really love it over my old makita 2 speed. The follow up purchase I made was a few consumables. I had a small issue with one of the items, spoke to team about it and they sent a replacement free of charge. leaked. They got straight back to me to advise that they were sending a replacement item by courier overnight. Within 18 hours I had the replacement product - 'very' impressed with the awesome service from CarCareProducts.com.au.
My rupes da machine 15mm mark 2 – I brought this rupes 15mm DA machine mark 2. 3 weeks a go. Only use it for the first time on the weekend. Faulty machine. Sent it back telling me they have to order parts from rupes. Will have no machine for 2 to 3 weeks now. Very up set. Should be a refund or a new one. Will never buy from them again. Will buy my products else where. First time buyer. Very unhappy.

Super Fast delivery, customer service fantastic and loving the products – Bought a "Car Care Products RO Polisher DAS6-Pro Kit Plus", the price of $349.99 was unbeatable after shopping around. Terrible customer service! – Ordered ~$400 worth of products online. Simple ordering and got an email next day to confirm order was ready to be collected from their Perth store. Left work early and arrived at the store early afternoon. Walked through the car park and was given a glimpse by a guy next to a 4wd. out and opening the front door several times to set off the door alarm still no staff. Looking around and noticed a small desk in the corner of the showroom - no counter as such so I guess this was it? Found some business cards on the desk and started dialling the number to hopefully get some service. The guy from the car park then walked in and looked puzzled that I wasn't attended to so he helped collect the order.
Got home and later checked my goods to find some products missing. Very disappointed given time off work to collect the goods after receiving an email confirming order was ready. Seriously, how difficult is it to fill a (printed?) internet order and check the items off the list?
Emailed CCP and requested either a courier drop the goods to me in next 2 days (before weekend) or they provide some products, etc. for the inconvenience (and more time off work) to revisit showroom and collect the missing products. Disappointingly the owner/manager made up some strange excuse that he couldn't send from Sydney (not sure why when the local store could have couriered) and nor was he willing to compensate me for my time due to their balls up.
Returned again to store and collected goods. No apologies whatsoever - clearly customer service is not a focus at Car Care Products.
Much better businesses out there that bend over to right any issues so their customers return.
service great – bought online I have no complaints service was fast to Sth Aus. and product was reasonably priced compared to other sellers of the same product. emails kept me informed how the delivery was going. The fixed pricing for shipping is ok if buying a large quantity; but expensive if only buying one or 2 items depending on the weight of course. .

and when I ordered about 3pm one afternoon, my parcel was with me by 11am the next day. Don't know who those moaners bought from, but I've had just the opposite experience....there will always be cheapos, but how do you know you're getting the real deal??? slow to get back to me. I asked if they could cancel my to which they wanted to charge exorbitant restocking fees. I have since found places that are able to deliver much quicker and at lower prices. Buyers should look elsewhere. Products offered Poor customer service, slow, overpriced, excessive postage costs.
Everything overpriced – Everything these guys sell is overpriced, you can get most of their range on ebay for almost half the price delivered to your door from the US or UK. The worst thing about these guys is that they will rubbish any product they don't sell and insist you use whatever they sell even though it's the same thing, but they're made of glass and anybody… Read more
will easily be able to see through them and what they're trying to do. I've almost burst into laughter a few times on the phone about the way they recommend their products and rubbish anything else just because they don't sell it. And also they're very inconsistant, I've been given different advice about the exact same product many times to the point of confusion. Since then I haven't spent a cent in their store any more and have found same/similar products elsewhere for half the price, this includes their "premium" range of waxes.
