help of Keith my carer unable to give the help he usually does. He has had been laid up after an incision, told to rest, feet up. Carinity have come in, helped to put the washing out and bring it in for a couple of days, it has been such a help for the both of us. Everyone is just wonderful; the ladies make my day when they are here as I cannot get out much. The lovely smiles, the help they give me with my showers and just being here to say hello, have a little chat if they have time. We are both so very happy and would recommend Carinity to anyone. Thank you - To the STAFF at Carinity, our Mum has had the privilege of being cared for by the most wonderful carers. They have enabled Mum to live in her home with dignity and independence. Wonderful Carinity Carers – I have been cared for by Carinity carers now for about 7 or 8 years and wouldn't have anyone else. All of the carers who come to me are wonderful, caring, friendly and helpful. I am so pleased to see them when they arrive. Show 2 replies

Overall good but poor Management – Overall the Carers do a good job and are dedicated to their work. There are always a few bad apples mainly laziness and cutting corners. What does let Carinity Home Care down however, is the Administration and Management, hopelessly disorganised with the wrong people in the job.

Who knew it would be such a success – When our Mum finally relented to allow someone to come into her home and clean, we were hopeful it would work out. concerns of what a "home cleaner" did but it allowed Mum to feel safe knowing that this person was not a "stranger" but someone she could rely on. Their relationship has grown with each successive visit, each checking in on the other, and has eased our (her daughters) minds that she really has someone that cares. And did I mention she also cleans really well. Haha

These guys truly care – Carinity have provided fabulous home care for my elderly parents for some years and now, in the year since my dad passed away, they have adjusted with ease and good humour to the different needs of my mum now she is on her own after 70 years of wedded bliss.
