extremely grateful that Mum was able to obtain a place at Clifford House. The facilities are always clean and excellent. All of the staff are polite, professional and eager to be of assistance. The facility organises many fulfilling activities. I am certain that being so well cared for at Clifford House has added many peaceful, and well deserved, years to Mum’s life.

Caring and communicative – Caring staff but some concern that at times the home is under staffed and clients need to wait for assistance / medication. Communication to the family has been timely and concerns are always listened to respectfully. Show reply

Home away from Home – We have found Clifford House to be the best decision that our family made for our Father. We went there for a tour with Dad and he loved it. take care of him each day and he has settled in very well after living independently for such a long time. We have found at all times, EVERY staff member at Clifford House to be exceptional. There is nothing they wouldn't do to help dad or any of the other residents, they go above and beyond each and every day, it is so nice to see that they care for all the residents so well and are committed to their health and well being. The home is immaculately clean, a very friendly and peaceful environment to be in. Dad has around the clock medical care should he need it, and we have peace of mind that Dad is safe and well taken care of. Clifford House has been a blessing for our Dad, he is very happy and contented. We highly recommend Clifford House.

informed about care and treatment regimes, and are welcomed warmly each time we are with Mum. Her physical environment is lovely - a room which looks out onto lots of greenery and well maintained gardens; and a spacious, clean, bright room with a lovely balcony. It's also great to have access to the hairdresser and other services on-site, as Mum is far too frail to travel. I can't speak highly enough of Clifford House and all who care for the residents there.
