Satisfied – we are very happy with the service provided at the facility

Quite Positive – My wife has very advanced Alzheimer's disease. Staff have always been very kind and cared for her the best they can, meals are quite varied and very good.

Carinity, Caring and Holistic Care – Very happy with Mums care. Food that mum likes is prepared fresh in the kitchen on-site. The dietitian and Shondelle have worked with me to design a food plan that will help with weight gain being achieved. All staff are friendly and it’s a pleasure to visit the facility.

Caring team of people – The facility is wonderful such caring and efficient staff, treat my father with dignity and empathy. He states the food is good and gets a choice and not forced to do any thing he doesn’t want to do. He is very satisfied and if he is happy so is the family. Show reply

best of a hard situation – The individual Lodges (no corridors) at Carinity Kepnock make it a more personal aged care facility and having the same carers (mostly) allocated to them makes the best of a hard situation. Show reply

What a caring place – I'm impressed with the caring vibe at Kepnock Grove. From the lovely presentation of the gardens, the tidy and well presented cottages, the warm homely feeling of the general meeting area to the caring and positive attention shown by staff. All this has made the move for mum a much gentler and positive experience. Show reply

Friendly staff – Kepnock Grove have been good to deal with. Placing my mum was a hard decision but it’s turned out to be the best place that meets all her care needs. is substantial for someone on a pension and for relatives to continually take time off work is not always feasible. Otherwise I can’t fault the service they provide and the warmth the staff bring to make an otherwise uncomfortable situation more homely.

Feels Like Home – Staff are competent, very caring & informative. Greeted with happy smiles & hugs when needed & feel part of the team (family) .Does feel like it’s a home & not a nursing home as you walk in. Grounds & residences always clean & no residual smells inside. Feel lucky to have been able to place my loved one here even though it was a tough decision at the time to have to do so somewhere. Homestead Cottage feel and most importantly caring considerate staff! – There are stories for all homes. This is my short experience with my mum. Kepnock has a lovely homestead cottage feel vs. more modern clinical nursing homes. This made my mum feel more comfortable immediately. Spending time with mum when she first arrived, bringing a hamper to welcome her with goodies, lovely books and a diary. They have been very compassionate and professional looking after my mum with constant regular visits by carers and nurses. Whilst family are visiting they have provided regular refreshments to allow them to stay as long as possible. Admin staff are very efficient as well. Mum has said she is very happy with the food cooked onsite and they have the option to eat in their local area or join in the main dining hall. Overall, although very short stay, my mum, the family and I have been very happy with Kepnock Grove.
