Amazing cars – This dealer is extremely honest, with excellent cars, very decent and professional family run business. Interestingly he source really good cars which are properly tested. Excellent, Friendly & Helpful Service – I called and asked about a Toyota Corolla, they were very helpful over the phone, texted me details over the phone at a very timely manner. When I went to check it they were servicing the car and told me all about the it, once finalised I asked if was able to pickup the car after work which they had no problems with. Worst Ever Buying Nightmare – Staff were initially amiable test drove the vehicle. Negotiated a fair price. Went to compare another vehicle to elsewhere. Then rang back to confirm acceptance of offer at negotiated price. They confirmed they would get paperwork send a car report and PPSR later that evening. said it wasn't necessary and would hold the vehicle. Little did I know they did this to trick and deceive me into relinquishing my interest to another buyer who must been there at the time. Totally gazumped, shocked and devasted to find out next day that vehicle had been sold out from under me. Dishonest, dishonourable and untrustworthy.

Wonderful owners and fantastic service! – The people that run this car yard are so honest and lovely! they gave me great advice and never pressured me into buying a car that I was not 100% satisfied with. Don't hesitate to make this your 1st and only place to look for a car – Absolutely a pleasure dealing with all the staff. Purchased a Ford Fiesta for a fantastic price. Great little car and a bonus extended warranty! A small issue with the car at the end of the 3 month warranty but Alex and the team have been so professional and willing to sort out the issue. Always reply to messages and give regular follow up as to where thinks were up to. Would definitely recommend purchasing a car from Carizma.

I had to get back within a few days and they also organised a fantastic new tow bar within 48 hours, cheaper than if I was able to purchase it. Both the wife and husband who run it were fantastic. I also found the front windscreen wiper to be worn as I was driving it home over 1200km and after talking to them they posted a genuine wiper (not just blade, the whole kit) up by post. They also organised national warranty, and when I queried what I read on the Internet about them, she raised it directly with the National Manager and was promptly given an answer that I was satisfied with.

It is not often you take a big risk to buy a car interstate especially when you have to drive it for 1000kms+ to return it home, but I finally found a dealer that not just gave me the best treatment when I was in the process of buying a car, but they kept with their word of looking after me after I left.
