Did the job half way – In past, I have bought couple of spares for my Ford Territory from carparts2u and they were ok. This time I broke my left side rearview mirror. And ordered one after checking with them on phone a well. Physically it is same size and looks good but it did not have temperature sensor and worse it's electric connector does not match to the connector on car, so no functionality. And I bought it for $210 and genuine part was for around $300 but it would have been compatible to the car

Pro- Good communication, patient listener on phone. Aesthetical spares look good and fit well. Con - the operational parts can be incompatible. Please ask them before buying and also check the compatibility by asking your mechanic first. Thanks
