sure we were engaged every step of the way and his sole purpose was to see we were happy with everything that was going on. Our weekly meetings were brilliant and allowed us to make the odd change as we went along and he offered some excellent suggestions to further enhance the outcome.

Every tradesperson we met had the same total customer centric attitude as Ronnie and Steve which made the entire renovation an absolute pleasure.

Don't waste your time and money with Carrera by Design – If you’re doing a kitchen renovation in Sydney, don’t waste your time and money with Carrera by Design. The company doesn’t have a showroom but offered for me to view their work at a house they had fitted out. It was poor quality product and workmanship so I proposed cancelling the design service on the basis I wasn’t going to proceed with… Read more

ordering the kitchen. They didn’t provide the design service but insisted on retaining half the fee for “time spent showing the house”. This was not part of the design service, and a fee was not mentioned beforehand and certainly not agreed. If a company needs to impose spurious charges on people for viewing its work, you really have to wonder about its financial viability. I recommend finding a company that deals with clients with honesty and integrity – don’t waste your time and money with Carrera by Design
