came back to say the vehicle is unsafe. Now it is off the road, possibly for 8-10 weeks!!! Have emailed Sales Manager and left message on answerphone, still no response after three (3) days!!! DO NOT BUY A PREMIUM VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They just find vehicles and put them on the lot unchecked. Even at handover the vehicle was not even detailed........nothing has been done to sort this vehicle prior to putting on the market.

Very poor management – They wouldn’t pay my car loan off took them 2 months heard nothing at all from them and then send me a cancellation fee of $500 because it was to hard for them to pay my loan out they cancelled contract and sent me a $500 bill I would never use this company or recommend them

Don't get their protection plan or finance with them! – Their protection service resulted in my near new car coming back coated in a white powdery substance. They happily retreated the car, but the white powder again came with the service. They then attempted to say I had caused it with the deodorant can in my car. detailing after this, but said that I would need to bring the car back to be treated afterwards. So their protection comes off in a basic detailing and so is a phenomenal waste of money. I didn't have the time to continue dealing with them. Also their finance company pepper money does not come with an easy access app as I was told. "Finance with us it's so easy and accessible!". It is actually a Web portal that in 6 months has been accessible once. It is a known issue that still hasn't been rectified. A phone call to pepper will have you on hold upwards of 10 minutes so God forbid you want to keep track of your finances.

Don't deal with carz4u unless you have endless time and money to waste.

great sales service – great service bought a jeep Cherokee sport around two years ago 14 k on the clock now done 41 k and gear box needs replacing beware !!! do your homework

The Elite Aftermarket Warranty – We bought our Mercedes with an Elite aftermarket warranty. After the first mechanic inspection, two sensors in the engine turned out to be faulty. The aftermarket warranty claim was rejected as they said the parts were not included in the list mentioned in the booklet. The 7-page short booklet has only a very generic list of items. My advice: do not sign up for this scam.

Best car buying experience I've had to date – this team were very helpful, honest and professional, not to mention friendly and accommodating. From a simple inquiry, a couple of calls and a super fast and easy exchange of paper and ink, I drove off in my pristine new ride a very happy customer. unsuccessful attempts to correctly apply the tinting (which they have now offered to engage Tint A Car to apply), all that Carz4u/UltraPlus was prepared to do was cover my excess insurance. I wouldn't waste may time with these guys and their cheap sales talk.
