Mislead at times
When it comes to some sites, the cash back button shows activated and shows a cash back %. But after buying from the site it won't appear in records. When contacted why they say we can not give cash back because there's been already a discount on the original site. The original site intentionally shows some discounts on top of the price. So can not rely on the cashback. It may or may not come to you. They would pass the responsibility to the original site.
Excellent follow up
It’s a great way to save money on products you would normally buy especially if you take advantage of the daily bonuses that appear ( I’ve had up to 30% cashback on purchases at BWS). I’d give it 5 stars if it didn’t take so long to actually get those funds.

Gone downhill fast
Signed up a few years ago, deals were OK. Used every now and then. However recently got very stingy with the cash backs. Where previously I was getting approved I am now getting many declines including a recent internet provider change where I was approved after the waiting period AND THEN DECLINED after I changed provider. Will not be using anymore as can’t be trusted, very dodgy practices.
Tracking not evident. Immediately fixed & Approved
Recently I made a purchase and for some unknown reason the purchase did not commence tracking. Once waiting the mandatory 7 days, I lodged a ticket and within 24 hours, the matter was rectified by a prompt Approval. CashRewards have provided me with very good service since I joined

Money for nothing
I have used cash rewards for years and had $1000 back just for shopping as I normally would. Some of the boosted cash backs are huge, ie getting $25 back from a $100 Puma order recently. Whenever I have had an issue (which is not often) the customer service is unbelievably fast, polite and efficient. Fantastic all round.
Until something better
CashRewards is a fantastic idea but let down in its execution. I’ve had strange behaviour in both directions. Phantom transactions boosting my pot only to be removed without explanation and genuine items declined or disappearing. I’ve made a bit of money from it but if a rival made the juice for a little less squeezing I’d be off.

Hi I am a member since 2016. Today when I open the website it came up with a message saying the owner set an 'Access denied'. When I have just use booked for my holiday and was waiting for my rewards fund to became valid???
Why aren't they tracking properly? No ad blockers, and cookies enabled. Contact Help who approve Cashback, then they deny it when time for payment Sucking us in no?
Hi cbourl, There are many reasons why a store will not pay cashback and they can include issues with the tracking from the store to Cashrewards, payment and processing issues, and other factors.
These are outside of the control of Cashrewards and we would like you to know that Cashrewards cares about you and is on your side. Rather than blaming us for missing cashback we are the ones who assist you in getting cashback from a store you have purchased from.
Not all transactions are approved by all stores for the reasons provided and our loyal members know that and know they can contact Cashrewards for help when needed.
If a store does decline cashback, then the store may not be willing to provide cashback from your purchase and this can happen for every member of every cashback website and is a part of the cashback process.
However, when a member reaches out for help we are happy to investigate and provide more clarification, and sometimes are able to resolve an issue with a store in your favour.
