understand but these guys are seriously asking for so much. The latest email from them today says I don’t qualify because I’ve received a discount? Errrrrr I think not!! Now I’ve sent them another invoice showing price which includes an insurance fee and credit card fees. I get the feeling they’re gonna find something wrong with that as well! Why? This is so darn frustrating and the guy, [Name Removed] I’m dealing with….wow! If only I could speak to him and stop this ridiculous nonsense! Anyway I’m far from happy and over the time I’ve used this app there’s been constant problems and issues.

 Follow-up  · After multiple emails back and forth to CashRewards they made the whole process of trying to claim a cashback IMPOSSIBLE!!! They just stopped responding and the cashback on my purchase which was $850+ just didnt happen......what a rort!

were no records of money transferred to my bank accounts. After lots of back and forth email and escalating my complaint, I was told the account the money was transferred to and that was not my nominated account or any of my bank accounts. I still have not received my cash back.

As if I didn’t buy through Cashrewards then the logo wouldn’t come on the final receipt.But again they denied the cashback saying the same excuse.Even I gave the proof with screenshots of Cashrewards logo on the receipt .They put all the blame on seller and said the seller denied. My personal experience is whenever the cashback is peanuts like below $10 they happily approves it and whenever the cashback is bigger amount they starts making excuses to deny it. Anyway there are many other competitors who provide better shopping and cashback experience than them.Never gonna do any purchases through them ever again.

I had an issue with missing Cashrewards for a Temu order as a new customer. I reached out to the support team, and John was incredibly helpful. Once I provided the necessary proof of the transaction with all the required details, he promptly applied the missing discount, and it reached my account even faster than the suggested time frame. It’s a scam. Tried multiple times to link to PayPal then my bank account (reluctantly). Cannot get money out and cannot use credits accumulated on further purchases.

The app is basically unusable. It never loads if it does it’s so incredibly slow and temperamental it’s not even worth the 45cents you’re saving

transaction shown as pending in my account, but there was no reference to the $10 bonus cashback. I submitted a request online with Cashrewards to ascertain the status of the bonus $10 cashback. Within 24 hours, I received a response from Pete at the Cashrewards Members Services Team, explaining that once the 3.6% cashback is approved, the $10 bonus cashback will also be paid. Thank you to Pete and to Cashrewards for your great service.

 Follow-up  · I recently received a notification from Cashrewards regarding the closure of Cashrewards. All my outstanding cashbacks were honoured, and the cash credited directly to my bank account, including my $10 bonus cashback. Cashrewards has provided significant savings to me over many years, and it is unfortunate that the business is closing. Best wishes for the future to everyone.

I had some problems with Agoda, where cashback was denied because of a technical glitch (original reservation was replaced by a new booking id), but after some back and forth with Cashrewards, they could sort it out and cashback was credited.

Cashrewards customer service and it took multiple emails to finally get them to finally acknowledge I had done everything correctly. If you’re not proactive and stubborn like me, be prepared to lose cash back.

properly is a major drama in the ancient service technology world Cashrewards system which they hate it to provide a solution to their user experience and to me it is a worse than having a challenge in the horrible conditions of suffering from the cancer that has caused me back in the process of withdrawal from the wrong place Cashrewards scam system and no way I could ever get back into the horrifying mess of this scam again after the fact I had been through it and now from deep inside I am writing a personal experience about this scam system that is going on in the future and my own experience about this one is like a smell the lovely flowers with the mask on the face

I have been waiting months for my Bupa cashback to be approved through Cashrewards, and the experience has been frustrating from start to finish. they were liaising with Bupa, but the updates felt copy-and-paste and did not address my specific questions. I even had to escalate to the ACCC to get any real movement, yet the issue is still unresolved.

While I understand some delays may be outside Cashrewards’ direct control, the lack of transparency, slow replies, and repetitive template messages made the process unnecessarily difficult. If a retailer partner is consistently slow to confirm cashback, Cashrewards should be upfront about it before customers make large purchases relying on their service.

This experience has left me questioning whether the “rewards” are worth the time and effort. I will not be using Cashrewards for major transactions again until they can demonstrate faster resolution times and better communication.

I just heard today that Cashrewards is finishing up. What a shame! I've had nothing but exceptional service from them over the years. They've always been transparent, and so nice and accommodating if I've had a hiccup. Ive always felt I could trust this site. Sad to see Cashrewards finishing up, but alas, all good things eventually come to an end. Thankyou for allowing me to be a member, and part of your rewards program

I have been using Cashrewards for a number of years now. The range of offerings is great and the discounts are not to be sneezed at. Any issues or problems are resolved quickly and professionally with the minimum of fuss. Dennis was brilliant in the way he recently rectified an issue and had my account credited with the correct amount in a matter of days. missing. Tired of claiming missing cashback. If they could fix the system it would be better. This is a recurring issue with me , as I am always booking Europcar car hire for my company thats why I noticed it. Cashrewards was great until this issue came .
