Good promotion on sale of particular brand along with some cash back time to time with shop back is awesome. Really easy to track and receive money for shopping. Absolutely fun

track at all so I had to contact support to have it added. Shopback calculated a cashback amount of AUD233.59 and added the transaction with cashback to occur after the stay in February. After months of following up with their support service, the cashback was declined for an unknown reason (it would be great if Shopback would tell you the exact reason!). I paid the amount for the hotel in full without coupons or discounts, and it met all eligibility criteria. I have now been offered the full, calculated cashback amount but it did take a lot of follow-up. Knowing the business model, I would encourage Shopback to review its Vendors to make sure they are doing the right thing. I imagine it would be easy for them to decline a transaction with minimal information as to why, and where they are larger transactions, that will cause consternation amongst Shopback customers. I continue to see value in the Shopback app, but like most things, keep a careful eye on the transactions you are making to ensure that you get the appropriate value.

WHere is zero star? How ACCC can allow a Singaporean company to operate in financial sector who just provide misinformation and rejects Shopback even when you use company code, company gift card( which at the end is still money) . Topshopback and cashrewards never had these issues. Apply Asian rules in Australia. Pockets the saving from vendors and doesn't want to pass the customer. Dodgy

I have started using Shopback after the Cashrewards closure. So far so good - cannot fault the app and the service. However, the number of offers and ways to earn cashback is a little overwhelming initially. So, it took me some time to look around in the App for all the options and offers. Been using ShopBack for a while now and it does exactly what it promises. Easy to use, decent cashback across a wide range of retailers, and payouts have been reliable. Not life-changing money, but a nice bonus for purchases you were already going to make.

Great quick app to use for shopping online you were already doing but receiving cash back for doing so. In times of today where people are trying to save where we can, its well worth it.

It’s a great app to save you some extra money here and there, especially if it’s stuff you’re already buying but it’s takes forever for you to actually see the savings.

I never made another account to refer myself, I met the requirements of spending $50 or more within 180 days, and the say they can't provide any specific reasons.

Prior to this they were saying I didn’t meet the requirements of meeting the conditions within 180 days, but I literally contacted support before my account was even 180 days old.

If you’re going to make excuses, make sure you stick to one instead of twisting your own words.

Don’t fall for this scam.

You refer your family and friends for the chance to both get $20. Fulfil all the criteria and then they reject it. You contact them and they say it looked like a self referral. So all these "influencers" can refer complete random strangers and get their money and when an everyday person tries to do the same we don't get the reward. Complete rort!
