when it works it is great, but when it doesn't, it is very frustrating. 4 of my most cashbacks all got rejected for no given reasons even though i did all the required steps and even showed them proof and all previous similar cashbacks had no issues.
ShopBack had given me confidence in purchasing items safely through a variety of stores. Many great features and incentives from shopping with my regular shopping hauls

Shopback is a wonderful app for everyone who wants to save money and earn more rewards. Just simply upload your shopping receipts and activate their offers for earning cash back. And more importantly, you can earn cash rewards by playing games, that’s awesome.

A great service. Legitimate cash back for everyday purchases and great cash back when booking accommodation, flights and train tickets cash back is a bit low but every cent counts!
Good to use, I love that I can spend and get a little bit back from when I am doing my shopping. A little bit annoyed with the waiting periods tho it takes to long .. and I am having some trouble with receiving my bonus for a referral I sent out to:( other the app is amazing.

The App is NOT clear - its cluttered with logos and sales pitches, basic functionality is lost in meaningless twaddle and promos. There is virtually no point uploading Receipts - How can 12 receipts (all with "partner retailers" all less than week old be flagged as "no Purchase found" then require logging a "request for help" and a manual input of the store ID number (what ever that is). Pointless - and I can't believe positive review are real.

Shopback reminds me of upcoming sales that I can save on, which is terrific... who doesnt like to save money?! I received my first cash back email... its only $1.62 so far that is withdrawable but its proof Shopback is a genuine company!
I love it!! ShopBack has helped me save more than 40$ on my medical expenses and it’s just crazy how many options you can choose from to make money back. It’s small but it all adds up!!

ShopBack gives opportunity for cash back from so many companies and online shops. There is also so many opportunities to earn extra rewards simply by scanning receipts. I’ve only been a part of ShopBack for a short while and have already got over $60.

Search before you use Shopback as there are other options out there as well. Shopback has gotten too big, you can’t open the app without being hammered with ads, the criteria to earn is often far from what is promoted and you’ve got to be careful that you’re actually getting something. Not to mention that some vendors also increase their pricing when you click through Shopback - I’ve flagged this previously but they’ve dismissed it every time.

extension active as well and followed the process properly. I have screenshots showing the tracking, the timing, the purchase journey, and the booking receipt. Despite this, ShopBack told me that Klook had rejected the cashback claim and that I needed to take it up with Klook. When I contacted Klook, they said ShopBack had not provided the required affiliate tracking and directed me straight back to ShopBack. I have now been pushed back and forth between the two companies, with neither taking responsibility or providing a real resolution. What makes this worse is that, after comparing prices more carefully, I found that clicking through ShopBack always shows higher prices than booking directly. I noticed this with Klook, Booking.com and Trip.com. If the price is inflated through the cashback link, then the advertised cashback is not a genuine saving, it can just be offset by the higher booking price. This is a scam. The whole experience has been frustrating, time-consuming and disappointing. ShopBack promotes attractive cashback offers, but when there is a problem with a larger purchase, the customer seems to be left chasing both ShopBack and the merchant with no one accountable. I have now paid more by using ShopBack instead of going direct and am out of pocket a few hundred dollars because of the higher price difference. I would strongly recommend people compare the direct price before booking and not rely on cashback being tracked or paid, particularly for expensive accommodation or travel purchases.

I’ve had this app for a very long time and never used it. I think at first I found it confusing. My friends kept telling me to use it as it’s easy. So I need a product and thought why not. Well, it was easy. I’ll definitely be using this more often. Having the cash back offer sweetens this app even more.

recommending you give it a go. It has to be a pretty complicated back end and the couple of times I have had to chase up a credit, they have been right onto it. With well over 100 transactions there is nothing I can complain about. Online Customer Service is first class and there is no need to speak to anyone. I am impressed that so many vendors have signed up so always seem to have multiple options to buy and use shopback and add to my bank "for nothing".

ShopBack has been a great product I already use most of the stores and I get money back my receipts. I wish it was a bigger amount sometimes or more extra money on game apps during the week. But all in all love using this app.
I absolutely love Shopback. The games are amazing and the best part is getting paid for playing all the games you love. That is an absolute bonus. I have had friends get the app and they also love all the bonuses

The customer service is nowhere near as good as Cashrewards. It is really disappointing to see that these days, the companies that make things difficult for customers seem to survive longer.

have always screenshotted whenever I purchase at the time as it’s hard to remember and SB ask for evidence.
I’m getting a bit over having to detail my account like an accountant and also the crappy customer service.
Elite membership is supposed to give in SB wording “highest priority support” instead it gives u an annoying bot that u spend a lot of time on and get nowhere and when u request a human, it continues to just repeat itself.
It’s a great initiative when its works but I’m finding it’s becoming more laborious with support being really slow and the ownership is on the customer to prove the missing money.
